  We had our flat roof replaced and we were given a good competitive price. The work was scheduled and done professionally and on time. A pleasure to deal with Doug and Dave and there staff, I recommend D’Angelo roofing for any flat roof repairs or replacement. Lou Scheuermann. Then I was told I was getting a 10 year or a 25 year warranty after the manufacturer inspects the 4000sq ft flat roof. BUT NOW NOBODY KNOWS WHEN OR IF OR WHERE THE WARRANTY IS. I CALLED MANY TIMES AND NOBODY KNOWS ANYTHING. WOULDN’T YOU WANT A WARRANTY ON YOUR $40,000 FLAT ROOF REPLACEMENT. SOMETHING STINKS

  Have an entire house to get the aluminum,siding, gutters, and they never got back to me , when I called the lady who answered the phone told me that they were very busy and maybe , maybe someone would look at my job sometime! ,,, Very poor customer service at the office, Feel sorry for the owner .

  We can’t say enough good things about our recent eavestrough installation. Every aspect of our dealings with this company was smooth and seamless. The sales portion was great. I received a message back the same day I sent in my request for a quote. Our salesman (Rocky) came out within a very short period of time and was friendly, well informed and we never felt pressured to buy. He was an all around good guy and we were very happy with the price he quoted. He didn't try to upsell us at all which is almost unheard of in this day and age. We really appreciate that. The follow-up and confirmation of order was great as well. It was very easy to navigate and made the whole experience very smooth. We also appreciated the quick turn around from the time we confirmed the order to the actual installation. Given that we placed the order is high season, we didn't expect it to be done that soon. It was fabulous. As for the installers the crew was fantastic. They let us know the day before they were coming and they arrived when they said they would. They got to work immediately, were friendly, efficient and precise. They cleaned everything up when they were finished and we couldn't have asked for a better crew. As for the product itself, it is good quality and is exactly what we expected it would be. We would definitely recommend them to all our family and friends. Thanks to everyone who made our experience exceptional.

  This is solely a review for the quoting process (as the job I was looking at was too far away for it to really economically make sense to do), but Chris at D'Angelo was amazing throughout the process: super responsive, helpful and transparent, which is a real rarity among contractors.

  In the midst of sheer panic as my roof was leaking following 55cm of snow, I connected with D'Angelo and Sons for help. I spoke with Taylor who was understanding, empathetic and incredibly helpful. She promised she would do all she could to get a crew out quickly, and she did. The crew was on-site within 24 hours, made the harrowing climb up to my roof, found the source of the problem, and fixed it. I could not be happier with the outcome, and with the service I was provided. I trusted them to help, and they did.
