  I am sincerely sorry for the frustration this caused. When we came into Planters Walk, I did not see any no soliciting signs posted at the main entrance. I did notice signs on certain individual homes, and I took those seriously and did not leave our door hangers at those properties. If we missed a no soliciting sign on your door or in your yard, I truly apologize. We never want to come across as disrespectful of anyone’s property, privacy, or clearly posted wishes. Thank you for bringing this to my attention.

  I called this business about two weeks ago wanting a repair estimate for my roof. I left my name and number but didn't receive a call back. I was disappointed with the lack of follow up and I even allowed a few days for a response. I found another company to give me a roof repair estimate.

  Great Service, they installed my roof in 2019 and it was a very good experience. They did a really nice job and cleaned up the yard perfectly. Recently, I had a minor wet spot on my ceiling after the very heavy rains. I called Dana Dean and he was at my house 4 hours later to fix the issue and update the chimney caulk. Great company, they stand behind their work .

  Very pleased with Dana Dean. Diagnosed our racoon-problem right away, and was honest about the overall condition of our roof (that being, it's in great shape!) Actually fixed it right then and at a reasonable rate. Highly recommend.

I also appreciate you mentioning the honesty about the overall condition of the roof. It’s always our goal to give homeowners a straight answer, not sell work they don’t need. We did check around the roof and the surrounding areas for possible access points. The trees looked to be cut back far enough, and we didn’t see an obvious route the raccoon was using at the time, but I would still keep an eye on it.   Very impressed with Dana Dean Roofing, great communications on how and when work would take place, workers were efficient and courteous and did an excellent job including clean-up! Owner did post install follow-up and made sure all was done to our satisfaction! Would highly recommend this company!

  From initial contact to completion, timely informative communication. The price was extremely reasonable for a better-quality shingle, hand nail installation, and extended warranty. If you are looking for straightforward, honest roofing company, that does quality work at a reasonable price, I would strongly consider them.

  Mr. Dean came out very quickly to review our outdated roof. He was very responsive by phone to answer any questions or needs we had. The new roof turned out perfect after the job was completed today. If I come across anyone that needs a new roof or repairs my recommendation would be Mr. Dana Dean.

  Dana Dean is a great company to work with. They gave me a quote the very next day. My house looks beautiful and everything was done efficiently in one day. The cost was better than most roofers for the amount of work and expertise. I fully recommend this friendly, trustworthy roofing company as the best in N. C.

  This is the second roof that Dana Dean Roofing Company has installed on my home. They are absolutely wonderful to work with. Extremely kind and honest, go above and beyond to help answer any questions and very quick to respond. They offer to bring as many samples of shingles you’d like, will place them on your roof so you can decide which color you may like to choose as well. Their crews are kind, respectful, and leave your property very clean. I highly recommend Dana and his son Dana Jr, for all of your roofing needs, such a pleasure to work with! You will not be disappointed!
