Our roof needed replacing and we started by getting a tew estimates D&D was one of the local names that kept coming up when I lookec around Palatine, so we had them out. The estimator was easy to talk to and explained evervthing clearlv. From there aettina scheduled was fast and the crew came out and knocked it out in qood time. The new roof came out sharp and the whole process was a lot smoother than I expected.

had a leak that kept showing up in the upstairs ceiling every time it stormed. couldnt figure out where it was coming from myself. D&D came out and tracked it down to some bad flashing around a vent that wasnt sealed right. they fixed it and matched the shingles so you cant see where they worked. no more water spots on the ceiling since and its held up through some heavy rain. about time i finally got it dealt with instead of putting a bucket down every time

D&D put a new roof on our place and it turned out really well. The old one was worn down and losing shingles, so we went with a full replacement. The new roof looks clean and even from the street, the color matches the house nicely, and …

We had been putting off getting the roof looked at for too long. D&D came out for a free estimate and did not pressure us at all. After getting a couple quotes around Palatine we went ahead with them because the price was fair and they seemed to know their stuff. The scheduling was quick and the install day went smoothly. The new roof looks great and we are relieved we finally bit the bullet!

DV put a new architectural shingle roof on the house and it looks really good. The flashing around the chimney was something I was worried about and they handled it well. Attic feels cooler now with the ridge vent they added

first impression was good. the guy who came out for the estimate actually got up on the roof instead of just eyeballing it from the driveway like another company did. wrote up a detailed quote and emailed it that night. scheduling was simple, they gave me a window and stuck to it. day of install the crew rolled in early, laid down tarps to protect the landscaping, and got to work. they were loud, not gonna lie, but it's a roof tear off so what do you expect. by mid afternoon the next day it was done and they did a magnet sweep of the yard for nails. final result looks sharp, the color we picked works better with the brick than i thought it would. invoice matched the quote exactly

Thanks! Happy everything matched the quote and came out sharp.
