I made a big mistake and very expensive. My roof that was installed by Custom roofing had numerous leaks after first rain. Two pergolas for which I paid fortune started to fall apart even before they were finished. Two stairs case were canceled to be finished because wrong choice of materials and no expertise, no quality or experience. Jaime took a financial advantage and delivered poor quality of service.

Hi Tatiana! I'm sorry you weren't satisfied with your roof installation, but that installation was not done through Custom Roofing but through RoofTek. We did install your pergola, but gave you a full reimbursement for it.

Amazing experience with this roofing company, very professional and knowledgeable crew and they did an outstanding job at keeping the jobsite clean and getting the actual work done itself, I highly recommend them for any roofing needs

Have an older aluminum shingle roof and needed to get some exhaust vents cut and covers installed for a remodel, as well as remove an old evaporative cooler and patch the hole to match the existing roof. These guys know their way around aluminum shingles! Great communication, the work looks great they had it all sorted out in a single afternoon.

We recently used Custom Roofing LLC for a full roof replacement, and the experience was seamless. The crew was professional, arrived on time, and the quality of the shingles and installation is top-notch. They left the yard spotless once they were done. Highly recommend them if you want the job done right!"

I had trouble getting a roofer to even come out to give me a bid. He was recommended from another roofer because Jaime had access to metal that everyone couldn’t get quickly. He did an amazing job and I ended up expanding my project to include more areas after he finished the first area. I also had him replace an entire roof on a second home. He did a wonderful job with both! He was very reasonably priced. His crew was fast and they always showed up and completed the work in a timely manner. I highly recommend his company! I will be using him in the future and will enthusiastically recommend him to my friends and family.

I can not say enough good about the job Jaime and his team did for us. We had a big problem and Jaime knew just what to do to fix it. He worked hard to get us the matching color of our metal roof, did excellent work and even came back immediately to make a small adjustment. I can highly recommend Custom Roofing LLC!
