This company was contracted by Aldana Contracting LLC (Possibly the worst builder in FL) for their homes being built all over Marion County. Custom Roofing did my home (2 years old now), and it has leaking issues. Aldana dispatched them out …

We shouldn’t be getting a 1 star review due the fact the aluminum contractor YOU hired did a poor job installing the aluminum roof , this had nothing to do with Aldana or Custom Roofing

Custom Roofing came highly recommended by our realtor. The job started off well, but we noted various property damages after. The small ones were fixed, such as bent down spout, damaged hanging basket, flower. Our driveway was damaged …

Signed a contract in July 2024. We were told the job would be completed by the end of July. It is now November and the only thing that was done was the pressure wash of the roof. Weather was an issue for spraying a foam roof, but we haven't heard a word since. No return calls or texts. Very disappointed because we have a flat roof and this is the only company in our area that does this type of roof.

They did my roof a few years ago all fine and well. A bout a year later I noticed a leak in my garage ceiling, they came out and “fixed” it, saying something about leaves in the roof causing it to leak. Well I’ve only noticed my ceiling …

Had a shingle roof and skylights replaced 7 years ago. There is now a leak in a bedroom. Called them 4 times over a two week period, and they have not called back. Poor customer service. Also, after the roof was replaced, we had water dripping from the ceiling by a skylight. After investigating myself, found out they did not seal the gap between the skylights and the tunnel leading to the skylight. Warm moist air was coming into the skylight tunnel from the attic, and condensing on the ceiling. They were not responsive. Had to fix it myself.

Do not believe the fake positive reviews! You better hope there is nothing wrong with your roof after the installation as you will not be able to get them to even return your calls! Like Harlod McMullen (see his review) I had them put a …

Dustin referred me to Sergio, a contractor they use, to fix a wall under a pan roof prior to replacing the roof. Sergio came out and told me it was an easy fix. After that NO response from either man. Would like to speak with owner directly before posting with BBB and other agencies.

After coating the roofs, within a year and a half, the coating started to unattach itself from the roof and now my roof looks like the craters of the moon. And also I am now having leaks again. When I tried contacting the company all I ever …

If you’re looking for a roofing company, I highly recommend Custom Roofing! They are a wonderful family-owned business that truly takes pride in their work. We worked with Blake from start to finish, and he was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The crew did an exceptional job on our roof with outstanding attention to detail. They worked quickly and efficiently, and the finished product looks amazing. What impressed us most was how much care they took with our property. They cleaned up thoroughly at the end of every day, made sure there were no nails or debris left behind, and hauled away all of the old roofing materials. They were careful, professional, and respectful throughout the entire project. Their recommendations were excellent, their pricing was extremely competitive, and the quality of the workmanship exceeded our expectations. We couldn’t be happier with the results and would absolutely recommend Custom Roofing to anyone looking for an honest, professional company that delivers exceptional work.

We just had a roof replaced and our experience with management and the roofing team was very professional and customer oriented. Blake was very helpful and knowledgeable with all roofing issues and in developing a project proposal/contract. The roofing team was also very professional and organized in getting the job done in a high quality manner. Several homes in our area have had roofing jobs performed by Custom Roofing and we recommend this company.

Over the many years, my company has used Custom Roofing for re-roofing. I even used them to re-roof my mom's house. We used them as recently as Feb 2026 on a property. We have yet to have a problem. Blake Flesher is the best!

The roof replacement/repair project was smooth from start to finish. From Trevor conducting a site evaluation and estimate in a timely and professional manner, to Daryle and the installation crew completing the project successfully and efficiently while maintaining excellent communication. The roof looks great, Nice Job!

Trevor Eatmon and the staff and workers at Custom Roofing are the best. I am a REALTOR and have recommended them to my clients for years. They replaced my roof in 2025 and the quality of the work and the attention and care they gave to every detail are beyond compare. This is a great company and I cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone seeking an honest roofing company who delivers quality work at a very reasonable and competitive price. They are very careful and respectful of the property, and clean up every day. They completed work on my large home in three days. Trevor will never tell someone they need a new roof until they really do. And they NEVER door knock!

I was in a panic when I found a leak from a missing shingle during a storm. I contacted Custom Roofing and Coating Inc. and was so relieved by their quick and professional response. The repair was done perfectly, and they left no mess. I was so impress with their service that i had no hesitation in referring them to my next-door neighbor. They also hired the company and were thrilled with the results. If you want a company you can rely on and trust with your home, this is the one. Ask for Blake!

Custom Roofing and Coatings Inc. exceeded my expectations and, without a moments hesitation, I highly recommend! I have never replaced a roof in any of my previous homes so this was all new. Blake Flesher walked me through the entire process thoroughly and patiently. His insights and vision on the best shingle and edge colors were spot on. The attention to aesthetics and detail makes all the difference. The crew led, by Bob and Juan, were amazing. Not only was their workmanship outstanding, the cleanliness of the worksite close to pristine, but the entire team was delightful, attentive, and engaging. I was sorry to see them all drive away, which says a lot about my experience. Thanks to all of you for my beautiful new roof.

Custom Roofing did a great job on my parent's home. Blake was very personable and knowledgeable, and he made the process much easier than I thought it would be. The roofing crew worked hard and were very polite and professional. I also liked the fact that the warranty will transfer to the next owner. I would definitely recommend them to others.
