Custom Contracting Roofing & Eavestrough Repair Guelph

The only one or two-star review we hold for Custom Contracting Roofing & Eavestrough Repair Guelph.

Very sketchy company. They claim to be located at 17 Cork St. W. in Guelph and they are not and never have been at that location. Google the address and you will see that the law firm of Jackman & Rowles is at that location. It has been a law office since the mid-1970's.

From the first consultation to the final installation, our experience was smooth, professional, and enlightening. The team took the time to research our property in advance, which made the quoting process efficient and well-informed. During the inspection, they identified an unexpected issue—but handled the repair quickly and with zero hassle. The only hiccup was with scheduling, as there was some uncertainty around timing. However, the quality of work more than made up for it. The installation was flawless, the crew left the site spotless, and the finished result exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for anyone seeking skilled, reliable service and top-tier workmanship. A solid 5-star experience.

Custom Contracting did our roofing and eavestrough repairs, and the whole process was smooth and professional. They clearly explained all our options, provided a detailed quote, and never pressured us. The team arrived on time, did a great work, and left everything spotless. The shingles are perfectly installed, the flashing is clean, and the eavestrough now works flawlessly. They even finished a day early. If you need roofing or gutter work, I highly recommend them for their great quality, honest service, and a tidy job site.

I can highly recommend Custom Contracting to everyone and would happily use them again. Even though I only needed a relatively small repair done, it was no inconvenience or a problem for them. Matt arrived on time as arranged to inspect the job and he did a great job of doing the repair leaving everything neat and tidy.
