  I stressed to Matt that I didn’t want to be picking up nails and he said they excelled in cleaning up.Well I picked up over 80 nails in two days with a 2 inch magnet, it took me over 4 and a half hours the first day and I’m still picking them up, plus countless cigarettes butts everywhere. The crew was hard working and nice guys but there was no supervision and only one guy spoke broken English,I had to try to communicate by translating Spanish into English on my smart phone. No one even came to check up until two days later after I complained. Chuck came with a magnet and he picked up more nails and butts, then DJ and the same thing two days later and I m still picking them up. I am in my mid seventies so it was very difficult on two very hot days, my compensation a lousy $160. Off the bill. Matt made many promises but they were meaningless, I would be very very Leary of this company, let’s see if they back the warranty, probably not after reading this. This is all true and documented so beware! I do want to add that the carpenters that replaced my molding on skylights were very good.

  Had vinyl siding done and crew was very sloppy and messy, didn't clean up much. Allot of mistakes made on installation. Thank God for Ray their carpenter he is amazing and had to fix allot of mistakes. And as for management (DJ)...I have nothing to say!!!

  Storm chaser. Was told I had claim for hail damage and they took pictures which they sent to adjuster. Insurance adjuster came out and said with no dimpled metal on roof there couldn’t be hail damage to roof. Now I have a zero loss claim on my insurance record. They should have known with no dimpling there could be no hail damage. Now my rates will go up.

  Hi Bob, I am sorry you had such a bad experience with us. I did talk with the sales team and was able to get some information. The morning after we came out, you notified us that you had decided to use another roofing company for your claim. Because of that we didn't have any further contact. And for your reference, your insurance rates will not go up unless you accept the claim and receive payment. Just want to make sure you knew that. Thank you very much and let us know if we can be of any service.

  We used Curb Appeal for both a new roof and a complete makeover for the front of our house. Could not be happier.   The crew from Curbside Roof was on time, polite, and efficient. The roof work was completed professionally, and they were very thorough with the cleanup, leaving no debris behind. Bryant was professional and easy to work with. We are satisfied with the overall service and would recommend them.

  Simply outstanding. Curb appeal is what the result was, but the experience was even better. From beginning to end, all aspects of the full roof replacement was smooth. They said what they were going to do, and they did it to perfection. The crew made it a point to make sure we were completely satisfied. Great people. Highly recommend.

  We had our aging roof inspected by Jeremy in early 2026 and made plans to replace it in 2027. Our roof sustained significant damage during a hail storm in April. Jeremy reach out the day after the storm and encouraged us to have our insurance company take a look at the damage. Jeremy worked diligently with the insurance company, taking time to explain to the insurance company and us each step of the replacement. The actual replacement went on schedule and the crew were respectful of all property and worked efficiently. Jeremy answered every question, and I had many, often within minutes. Chuck walked the property at the conclusion to ensure the work and clean up were completed to our satisfaction. We had a couple of final details that needed to be addressed after the installation and each was handled in a timely fashion. The final product is fantastic. The customer service was outstanding. We would highly recommend Curb Appeal Roofing and have to several neighbors.

  I’ve done two projects with Curb Appeal in the last year - one insurance claim project and a smaller self-pay. Jeremy, Jenna and the entire team were fantastic throughout! My garage needed to be rebuilt from the rafters up, and this team made the whole claim process so easy - plus the garage looks fantastic. The latest project was to remove original decorative wood shingles and replace with vinyl. The process was so smooth and the new siding looks amazing (shout out to Larry and Luis)! I’ll gladly go back to Curb Appeal again and again.
