We had a great experience with this roofing company from start to finish. The owner, Tom Batchelor, was always available to answer our questions, was honest and patient throughout the entire process, and gave us a fair price. Everything went exactly as scheduled, which made the experience or replacing our roof stress free. The work was completed efficiently, and the workers left everything clean. We truly appreciate the professionalism, honesty and excellent customer service provided by Tom. We definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy roofing contractor.

Crusader Roofing are pros! I am thrilled with my new roof and ventilation. It looks better than ever. The owner is very knowledgeable and showed me pictures of the old roof and the signs of disrepair. He was on-site during installation supervising. He was professional and friendly -- a good person thst I could rely on. His price was reasonable and less than another quote. It took less than 2 days for installation , a week total from start to finish. I highly recommend Crusader Roofing. They are professionals.

Crusader Roofing did a solid job from start to finish. They showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and didn’t play games with pricing. Communication was straightforward the whole time. If you want a roofing company that actually does what they promise, Crusader Roofing is worth hiring.

Crusader Roofing was outstanding. Mr. Bachelor and his team walked me through every step. From helping my wife and i pick the new roof color to dealing with the insurance company. He was always available to answer questions, remind me of the next step, or chat about the roof. Great team, company, service and our new roof looks excellent!
