  Had my roof done 13 years ago by these guys. Having it re done by another company today. Here’s a photo of a CIGARETTE BUTT left by the crew 13 years ago underneath the shingles.

  I asked them to come out and check a soft spot my friend found on the BACK porch addition. One person came out, walked over the roof, front to back to get to the addition. He found 3 soft spots, I asked how much to repair, was told another person would have to come out to do that. (odd) The owner came out on 2 days later (I was not home) to do the estimate. Later that night we had a heavy rain storm. When I got up, I had a wet spot on my roof where it had been walked over to get to the back addition. The owner says he did not walk over the top but that is the only way to get to the back since I have locked gates that would allow access to the back of my house. No matter, the point is this is a 4 year old roof that did NOT previously leak, even thru Irma. NOW after they walked on the roof, I have a leak (see picture below) Do I think it was intentional, No. However the FACT remains I have a LEAK I DID NOT have before they walked on it. When I emailed them, they just said they did not walk on that part of the house (I was there for the first one, yes he did) and that I needed to contact the previous roofer. SO, they are not going to address the issue and I now have to find another roofer to repair not only the soft spot but now a new leak they created. Nice job Crosier and Sons.

  It's been 5 years since install. The roof itself seems good and we’ve had no problems. However, they weren’t very thorough about replacing old fascia and soffit so I’m having to replace a lot of it already. At the time, we had just moved into the house and the new roof was arranged by the previous owner. Immediately after the install, I was kinda surprised they hadn't replaced a few areas, but I was a naive new home owner and wasn't even sure if that was their responsibility. Fast forward 5 years and some spots have gotten quite bad. Literally everyone who has come out to give a quote has said the same thing: at least some of these areas of fascia and soffit almost certainly should have been replaced during the install. Clayton also came out to take a look, which I appreciate, but he definitely didn't take any responsibility. I realize it's partly on me for not doing something about it at the time, but I can't say I'm an entirely satisfied customer. I do appreciate that Julie has always been really nice and helpful on the phone.

  Very professional and prompt service from start to finish! . All our questions and requests handled very well and to our satisfaction - Crew left the place absolutely clean and supervising staff was most attentive ! Highly recommend!

  I have had several roofs put on homes in Jacksonville, St Augustine and Palatka. The roof I had put on my mothers home was by far the best job. From the professionalism of the staff, the crew, and Forman. The roof was put on in a timely fashion and done at a fair cost. This the only company I would use in the future. Thank you for all you hard work

  Professional, courteous, and reasonable. I liked dealing directly with the Owner, not a representative. Re-roofed our home in a little less than three days. Also they use a wheeled haul away trailer, not a dropped off dumpster which can damage pavers or driveway.

  Since we’ve owned our home, we’ve had Crosier & Son Roofing replace our roof twice. They are our go to company for roofing. Crosier does excellent work at a very fair price. They are the only roofer we trust.
