Great experience with Creative Constructions. Mr. Nathan has come to our place and inspected our roof and we decided to replace our roof. It was so easy to talk to him as he explained from day one the process. He completed the project on time. Also his crew cleaned the whole area very clean. We are very much satisfied with the work done by his company.

Initial contact with Jonathan Ngo was informative about missing shingles and gave me quote. He accommodated a quick timeline I requested because I was going out of town. They completed the installation in 1 day and he also came to do an inspection and review the project.

Very kind and professional. I will share my experience with other home owners in my family. The experience was wonderful and the price could not be matched. Thank you, Nathan

Creative Contractors is an amazing company. Nathan went above and beyond working with our insurance company, crew that installed our siding were fabulous-very professional. If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would. Will definitely reach out to them again for future needs and highly recommend them.

I am very satisfied with the roof job this company completed for me. The team communicated professionally throughout the entire process, arrived on time, and completed the work quickly and efficiently. The contract was very clear, with no hidden fees or surprises—absolutely no scam. I especially want to thank the manager, Nathan, for his professionalism and great customer service. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable and honest roofing work.

We had been trying to get our roof replaced for months; several contractors quoted us and then just disappeared. I contacted Nathan and had a new roof within two weeks; just two days for the full installation. It was not only quick and well done, but the price was the best of all our quotes and Nathan's workers were also really kind.

I’d give Creative Contractors 6-stars, if I could. I’ve been through hail damage twice, so I know the ropes and that countless contractors come knocking after a storm. It can be scary, feeling like you’re prey, not knowing who to trust. …

Overall great experience from start to finish! My roof had SIGNIFICANT damage after a hail storm in Richmond, VA. Mike Mode worked his butt off and helped navigate a tough insurance company to get me my new roof. They did great work, were timely and transparent. I would highly recommend! #5stars
