$7300 for a quote is too high on a 2300 squarefoot house. When the does the price gouging end? No way in Hell I'm paying that.

  Reply from the business

Hey Neil, We actually quoted you $7,200 if you look at the quote again. We have the original email with time date and PDF attachment if you need us to resend for you to check. We are sorry you feel this way. Hopefully you can take a look at these articles that go over average roof prices per square ft and if put next to the square footage and price you called price gouging you’ll see it’s far from that. Hopefully you’ll consider removing your review as we pride ourselves on high quality roof work and find it unfair to receive a bad review of this nature after taking our time and resources to provide you with a free reasonably priced quote. https://www.localtoronto.com/how-much-does-it-cost-to-replace-a-roof-in-toronto/ https://www.renoassistance.ca/en/roof/roof-replacement-cost/

Was looking for flat roof specialists. Alot of companies I call use the peel and stick. But not many do the flat roofs that are torched down anymore, which research shows last longer in Canadian winters. These guys did a great job, cleaned up really well. Appreciated all the attention to detail, especially at the junction points between flat roof section and walls.

Awesome crew. Did a fantastic job correcting the mess left by a different roofing company. Can’t recommend them enough. They’ll give you an honest opinion on what’s required, won’t try and sell you something you don’t need. Shout out to George for answering all my questions so quickly and the great communication and help all round. Pick these guys if you’re deciding between companies.

Mark Lyons was a life saver. I called him on Satuday morning in February earlier this year after having multiple heavy snowfalls in Richmond Hill. I manage a small apartment building with a flat roof. My tenant called indicating the ceiling in the front stairwell had sprung a leak. I called Mark immediately based on his reputation. There was another heavy snowfall on the Sunday. He came on the Monday morning to shovel off more than 3 ft. of snow off my roof. This stopped the leak immediately. He discussed the need for a repair. The price was fair. He did it a few weeks after the initial leak weather permitting. I was away on vacation at the time of the repair, but he sent me videos and pics, and he was in constant contact throughout the repair. The work he did was exceptional. He explained everything he needed to do and why. He prolonged my roof for another 20 years. I can't thank Mark enough for his professionalism and prompt response. I would not hesitate to recommend him.
