  Covelli put a new roof on my house in September 2021. Since then, there have been 2 leaks in my kitchen ceiling where the wall touches the aluminum patio roof, the latest occurring last week . I have called twice and emailed once and gotten no response. I do not recommend this company. There is supposed to be a guarantee of 5 years on their work but they do not seem interested in honoring it.

  We do honor our warranty. When I received your voice-mail and called you back, you had already paid another company to put caulking on the roof...... and already paid them to work on the roof. If we were given enough time then we would of taken care of it. Hopefully this other company who charged you for caulking works out for you.

  Jordan, I'm sorry hurricane force wind driven rain is outside of our warranty and is specifically listed on what's not covered on our warranty. That is something that is covered by home owners insurance and is unfortunate timing.

  They were very prompt in starting the job. Actually found some areas related to the roof that need fixing, which was beyond our expectations. To start the job they were on the roof a 6:45am and worked until the evening sun went down. Coordinated efforts with the solar company to remove and replace solar panels to help maintain our solar production. The team was very thorough in cleanup. Met and exceeded our expectations. Thank you.

  I highly recommend Covelli Roofing & Contracting. -Excellent Customer service. - Work was completed in a timely fashion. -Roof replacement, Gutter replacement, soffit replacement, Screen enclosure repair and screen replacement all look amazing. -The company is licensed and insured. Danny, the owner, communicated with me through the entire process. He completed some of the work personally and when his team was doing work he came to check on their progress and performance. Everyone was very friendly, especially Danny. Danny has the type of personality were I felt like I knew him for years. There is some interior work that I need completed and Danny referred me to another trusted contractor.

  Danny and his company did an outstanding job for out home. He explained the complete process of navigating the insurance claims process and helped us achieve our goal of replacing our roof. No other company will go through the extent they did to help our claim. They did a superb job replacing the roof and repairing the gutters. I recommend them 100% if you are looking to replace your roof or need to replace your gutters, Very satisfied with a great quality work and outstanding service. Thank you !!

  Danny responded promptly and came to evaluate our leak the next day. He was able to find a problem we have been dealing with for 3 years after multiple other roofers had failed. His pricing was reasonable and he was super professional. Highly recommended and plan to use him for any of our other roofing needs.
