This morning truck 31 ran a stop sign at Plymouth and Sanatorium then decided to also run the VERY red light at Riverside and Sanatorium. From the reviews I read this isn't the first time whoever drives truck 31 has done this.

  Reply from the business

Mr. Howe: As discussed this morning on the phone, we apologize for the poor driving. Our trucks are monitored and we do take these matters seriously. Thank you for your review.

I would never hire this company as they can get away with hitting a pedestrian and not pay shit for it .. bad company speeding drivers as I was almost hit by them in the bike lane

Owner(or supervisor) is very unprofessional and rude. He parked his truck so close to my car that I could barely get in without hitting his truck with my car door. When I said something to him his response was 'what do you expect' and walked away. Hire another company and don't support such a rude person

  Reply from the business

Michelle: That is unfortunate. That behaviour does not match anyone in this office.

The owner/employees drive around and call ministry of labour on other companies so they can be hassled.

  Reply from the business

Coby: I can assure you that is not the practice of Courtney Roofing Ltd.

Awful service. Called them to repair missing shingles after a windy day. Two guys showed up at 7:30pm and worked in the dark for a couple of hours. The next day I still saw many missing spots so called them right away and they claimed they didn’t do service on our home. Anyway, they sent their guy again and he promised he’s gonna come the next day to continue his work. A week after he never showed up!! I called them, the lady who picks up the phone puts me on hold for a long time and without even telling me that she’s going to put me on hold and at the end she said he’s gonna come the same day which of course he didn’t!!! I’m so done with them. I paid $300 for a crappy job and awful customer service. I don’t want them at my house anymore!!!

Rania: We have been unable to find this job in our database. We often respond to emergencies during major wind storms and our normal service is interrupted. Please contact our office if we can be of any service.

Performed a high quality retrofit and repair job to my roof. Used quality products at a reasonable price. Quick and professional. Even sent photos of the finished job as I wasn’t present to validate the job.

I have had Courtney Roofing provide services on three occasions over the recent past. One flat roof replacement, one roof vent repair and most recently, a new singled roof on a small addition. My experiences with Courtney demonstrate a true commitment to quality work, customer relations/service and fair/competitive pricing. I won't hesitate contacting them for future roofing needs. Thank you Robert. I'm glad we could be of help. Leaking steel roofs can be tricky.
