The inspector was super polite, and timely. My problem is that Cootes Farms Roofing, LLC would not provide an estimate for repair or replacement of a roof. I am taking my HOA to court for refusing to fix the roof over my unit; it has …

We were contacted to provide a roof inspection. We came out took photos, put them into a report format, and emailed the report to you for your records. You stated we were polite, and timely. You went on to say that we provided great photos. The service we were hired to perform was obviously satisfactory. As far as all of the other comments in this review; we will analyze them, and see how we can apply them to better serve our customers. Thank you!

ABSOLUTE SLOBS. I had my roof replaced, as did my other neighbor, and never had either of those roofers just let the trash fly. My garden was covered in tar paper confetti, which I am still finding pieces of, as well as pieces of shingle bags (and full shingle bags and cardboard). No apologies when I pointed this out, just "yeah" and "we will get to it", as if they would take any care to not trample my crops as the petroleum product seeps into my herbs and garlic. I cleaned it up, and continue to clean it up.

I had them come out 3 different times to fix shingles after the wind tears it off. They are always prompt with response and get me taken care of within a day. I would definitely recommend.

We're selling our home and the inspection found one item with the roof we had to repair. Dale was recommended by my Realtor, the Sallis Realty Group. Dale called right back and came out very early the next morning and did the repair. It is a big relief to have such responsiveness when you need a roofer! Very pleased.

I have used CF for roof repairs but used them for a roof replacement on a rental property yesterday. They are communicative and always ready to answer questions. I would use them again in the future. Thank you!

Can’t say enough good things about these guys. Dale is always quick to respond to a call or text. We have had them out on multiple occasions. Even if it’s not a roof issue, we still got good advice on what we can do to fix issues. Would and have recommended them to friends and family who have had issues.

Experience with Cootes Roofing was seamless! Extremely professional… Super fast response times and efficient with their time (and mine)… I would most certainly recommend their services, and I would use them again for future repairs - if needed.
