  I called Cooper Roofing with a question and was sent to voicemail. They called me back a short time later, but the person I spoke with was incredibly rude and hung up on me mid-conversation. That kind of customer service is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this roofing company to anyone.

  A year ago we moved to Washington where my husband grew up. It was important to us to keep work we needed done local. Someone at LS Building Products recommended Cooper Roofing & Construction. Our first priority was new windows. Danny Bourland came to our house to discuss new windows, siding repairs and a couple future projects. His professionalism and several suggestions let us know we were headed in the right direction. Although we elected to do windows in two phases, Cooper was willing to work with us. Measurements, sample of windows to be installed, estimate and order put in, all in a timely manner. Tony was the person who showed up to remove old windows and install new. Not an easy job with old windows from 1941 and done as a new install process, not replacement. Tony is fantatic; an extremely hard worker from the moment he arrives, very personable and professional. Tony explained processes as he went, offered suggestions and with me dealing with a medical issue during his time here, he went above and beyond to assure I was okay and assisted with a couple minor things. He is now like a family member. The second round of windows Tony dealt with storms, 100⁰ plus temps and wet siding he was getting put back up. It slowed the process but he made sure each window was sealed in before the rain hit each day. Danny checked in during that time, offered some assistance and looked at another future project. We will continue to use Cooper and look forward to seeing Danny and Tony here for the next project. Thank you Tom and Kathy Sanders

  They very efficiently replaced our large roof in 2 days. Did a great job of cleanup when they were done. I would use them again.

  Danny from Cooper Roofing showed up on time and made a quick roof inspection which resulted in an even quicker fix. Not a big roofing problem but a hugely positive customer experience. Cooper roofing is now in my permanent contacts and I will use them whenever I have another roof issue. Thank you Cooper Roofing!
