I have worked with Complete Roof Repair for many years, and they have always been top notch. They are a hardworking, family-minded roofing team that stands by their word and handles each job with care. From roof repairs to metal roofing work, they make the whole process easy and professional. I have been very happy using them for all kinds of roofing needs and feel completely comfortable recommending them to close friends and family. They even installed my grandmother’s metal roof, and she was so pleased with the finished work, the clean job site, and how well everything turned out. Every time I saw her after the project, she would talk about how much she loved her new roof and ask me to say hi to Russell and Manuel. Great people and excellent roofing service.

Our roofing experience was outstanding from start to finish. The office team communicated clearly right away, gave us an accurate estimate that stayed on budget, and shared helpful details about roofing materials, shingle samples, and gutter options. Every question was answered quickly, which made the whole process easy and stress free. The job moved fast, and soon a very professional, respectful crew was working on our home. They removed three old layers of shingles and completed the new roof and gutter installation in just two days. The crew worked hard, kept the property clean, and paid close attention to detail throughout the project. We can already see the quality of the roof install, flashing, and gutter work. We really appreciated how organized and efficient everything was, from the first call to the final cleanup. If we ever need roofing or gutter service again, this is the team we would trust because they clearly know their trade and deliver high quality work.

Our roof, gutters, and downspouts were replaced, and the whole roofing project went very smoothly. We worked with Joe on the estimate and through the roof replacement, and he was clear, helpful, and easy to reach from start to finish. The crew removed most of the old roof on the first day and had the new roofing system installed right after, keeping the job moving on schedule. Along with the new roof, they also installed fresh metal flashing and roof vents, which really improved the overall finish and protection of the home. Another crew came out to replace the prefinished gutters and downspouts, and their work matched the new roof nicely. Everything looked clean, solid, and professionally done. After the main work was finished, we had a few small follow-up items we wanted checked. Joe responded quickly and made sure everything was taken care of within just a few days. It is clear this roofing team cares about quality workmanship and customer service. We are very happy with the results and the way the entire project was handled in La Cañada Flintridge. They went above and beyond and truly exceeded our expectations.

I highly recommend this roofing company. This was my second roof replacement, and the whole process was much better than my previous roofing experience. Manuel came out to inspect the roof for storm damage and found issues that needed attention. He also returned when the insurance adjuster arrived to help make sure everything was properly reviewed and included. Communication from Manuel and the job supervisor, Joe, was clear and consistent from start to finish. The roofing work was done with great care, and the final result looks strong and high quality. What stood out most was the attention given to cleanup. Even though it is hard for any roofer to catch every single nail or small piece of shingle, the crew cleaned carefully at the end of each workday. After the roof installation was completed, a dedicated cleanup worker came back and spent extra time going over the property again. We have only found a very small number of nails afterward, which is a huge improvement compared with our earlier roofing job with another contractor. The team was professional, thorough, and easy to work with, and we are very impressed with the service and craftsmanship.

After a strong storm, a backyard tree fell onto our roof and even came through the decking, so we needed fast roof repair. We contacted Complete Roof Repair and started working with Joe. He was very easy to work with, kept me updated through the whole roofing project, explained each step in simple terms, helped coordinate the gutter work, and always answered my questions right away. The roofing crew did excellent work on the replacement and repairs, and the finished roof looks great. They paid attention to the details, worked efficiently, and left the property clean after all the tear-off and installation mess. We are very happy with the results and the whole process felt smooth and professional from start to finish. I would highly recommend them to anyone in La Cañada Flintridge who needs reliable roof repair or a new roof.

Joe and his excellent roofing crew handled work on 6 shopping centers in La Cañada Flintridge for many years. They took care of everything from small roof leak repairs and maintenance to full reroofing on more than 300,000 square feet of storm-damaged roofing. Their roofing knowledge, clear guidance, and steady support made a big difference during the insurance claim process and helped us receive coverage for the full scope of the project instead of just limited repairs. Joe really stood up for us when the insurance company first wanted to patch the roofs, and he helped push for a complete roof replacement that was the right long-term solution. The crew stayed organized, communicated well, and completed the roofing job ahead of schedule. The finished work looked outstanding, and even the insurance inspector commented that it was some of the best roofing workmanship he had seen. On top of that, Joe was professional, honest, and genuinely great to work with throughout the entire process.

I’m extremely happy with Complete Roof Repair. Emmanuel made the whole roofing process simple to follow and did everything possible to handle each request I had, going well beyond what I expected. I usually expect customer service to be difficult, but this time I did not have a single concern from start to finish. Everyone I spoke with on the phone and every crew member along the way was helpful, respectful, and professional. The roof repair and installation work was top quality, and the gutters were finished with great care and clean workmanship. They also took time to explain the materials, scheduling, and cleanup, which made the entire project feel smooth and stress free. The finished roof looks excellent, works great in the hot weather, and clearly shows strong attention to detail. This was truly a great experience, and if I ever need roofing service again, I would choose them again without hesitation.
