  Spoke with Anthony and scheduled a time to have him come assess our roof project. I sent him two emails at the address he provided with no response. When my husband called to find out if he was coming on the day we agreed upon, he acted as if he never spoke with me. Seemed unprofessional and didn’t offer to come another time.

  Called and made appointment for bid. Waited and waited, and guy never showed up. Gave them a second chance and made another appointment, no response. I believe that they only serve certain areas and are dishonest about revealing that fact when you ASK THEM SPECIFICALLY if yours is an area that they go to, and they respond yes. Instead they tell you yes, we provide service in your area, knowing full well that they do not, instead of being upfront and saying that yours is not is their service area, and basically WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY as I had to take off work to get the bid from the and not have them show up or not respond. This is unprofessional.

  The guy who went out to look at any roof repairs for a 1 year old roof said the roof was 12 years old and needs to be ripped off and redone. I was the one getting ripped off, any other contractors that looked at it said only a minor repair needs to be done. The owner was nice and apologized for the bad bid but his guy that looks at them either has no idea what he's doing or is fishing for big money jobs.

  Their website says they cover my area and do residential properties. When I call I was told they really only do commercial properties and that even though I live in their service area, it was pretty far away. What a joke. It was obvious they did not want to travel or work on my "small" job.

  I had an amazing experience with this company! Although their name is Commercial Flat Roof Company, they were happy to take on my residential flat roof in South City. I couldn’t be happier with the results and overall communications. Anthony and Isidora were very responsive and worked with my renter’s night schedule on installation dates. One thing to note, the only way you would know they were on your property is by the pictures they provide you. Their cleanup was exceptional. Not a single screw or piece of trash was left anywhere. :)

  I had an excellent experience with Commercial Flat Roof Company. They repaired the roof on my building, and the results were outstanding. The team was professional, on time, and very knowledgeable about every detail of the job. They identified the issues quickly, explained everything clearly, and made sure the repair was done right. Since the fix, the roof has been perfect — no more leaks or issues. Highly recommend them for any commercial roofing work!

  Worked with Commercial Flat Roof to fix the roof on a warehouse. It was an excellent experience! They were able to come out and complete the work within a week of signing, and came in substantially below other bids. We had a minor leak a few days after the work was complete, and a crew was out to fix it within 24 hrs. Since then (5 months ago), we've had zero issues. I will absolutely use them again!

  Excellent customer experience. Had them install two TPO roofs for me in South Tower Grove on historic houses. They came back 6 years later to repair a leak from bullet holes on one of the roofs. (Gotta love the City.) They were very responsive and professional. Took lots of pics while inspecting the leak and identified a few other, non-roof, things that needed repair. Highly recommend.

  installed gateway tires roof 20 years ago, had 3 bids flat roof company had the best bid, and they did extra repairs, 20 years later had them come out to inspect the roof, needed minor repairs, gateway tire now has a 7 year warranty very satisfied.
