Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns. We want to start by sincerely apologizing for your experience on the road involving one of our company vehicles. We take these types of reports very seriously, and while this is the first such report we’ve received in over 20 years of business, it’s something we do not take lightly. As a company currently under new management, we’ve been working extremely hard to rebuild and maintain a reputation for excellent service and professionalism—both on the job site and within our community. A single negative review, especially one unrelated to the quality of our roofing work, has a significant impact not only on our business but also on the livelihoods of our hardworking roofers who are out in the heat every day doing their best to serve our customers. Although our truck cameras did not confirm the incident, we have still taken internal action. We met with the driver in question, reviewed our safety and driving policies, and issued disciplinary action to ensure that this does not happen again. We truly wish we had the opportunity to speak with you directly when this happened, as we would have welcomed the chance to express our concern and explain how seriously we handle these matters. If you're open to it, we would be grateful to speak with you by phone to see what we might do to make things right and help you feel confident in the steps we’ve taken. We kindly ask you to consider removing or updating your review, as it does not reflect the quality of our roofing services or the efforts of our team. Again, we apologize for your experience and thank you for bringing it to our attention. - C&I Roofing Company Inc.

I had C&I re-paper my roof. They did a great job, were very responsive with requests and updates. They would send pictures daily of progress to show the work they were doing. They also did a great job cleaning up afterwords. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a replacement for their roof.
