We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Coffee Roofing LLC. From the very beginning, they were professional, honest, and never pushy. They worked with us throughout the entire insurance process, even going back and forth with our insurance company to help us get the most coverage possible for our roof replacement. What really stood out to us was their transparency. They explained everything clearly, offered several high-quality options, and never tried to pressure us into anything. Most importantly, the price they quoted was the price we paid. There were no surprises or attempts to raise the cost along the way. I’m sure there are cheaper roofing companies out there, but you get what you pay for—and with Coffee Roofing LLC, we truly feel like we got more than what we paid for. They’re also a family-owned business, with the son owning the company and his father working alongside him. They have a great family story, and it shows in the way they treat their customers—with genuine kindness, respect, and pride in their work. We couldn’t recommend Coffee Roofing LLC more highly. If you’re looking for a roofing company that is honest, dependable, transparent, and genuinely cares about its customers, give them a call. Five stars without hesitation!

After hail damage hit our home, my husband and I began getting roof replacement bids. During this process, my husband unfortunately became ill and ultimately passed away. Navigating a major home repair during such a devastating personal loss was incredibly overwhelming, but Paul Coffee from Coffee Roofing was an absolute blessing. From our very first meeting, Paul proved to be a genuine, personable, and deeply honest contractor. Before I had even signed a contract, he offered to meet with me just to ensure I fully understood my insurance policy and how the claims process worked—regardless of whether I hired him or not. That spoke volumes to my husband and me about his integrity. Before my husband passed, we both completely agreed that Paul was the man for the job. Moving forward with the replacement, Paul’s crew was incredibly efficient, fast, and thorough completing the job in ONE day! Paul kept me informed every single step of the way. He also took care of all the necessary post-job documentation, following up quickly with completed photos to provide directly to my insurance company. He even went above and beyond by referring another reliable, professional contractor to fix some minor interior leak damage and a few other small issues we had at our home. Without a doubt, Paul Coffee feels like family now and I cannot recommend Coffee Roofing and Paul Coffee highly enough to anyone needing roof work. He is a rare find in the industry and a man of true integrity and professionalism.

We recently had a thunderstorm that included dime sized hail. Of course after any kind of hail storm, roofing companies hit the road, find your phone number, & the process begins! We had several phone calls offering free inspections, so decided to let one company come out & inspect our roof. As we expected, after they finished their rather short inspection, they said we definitely need a new roof. No shocker there! A few days later, Paul Coffee with Coffee Roofing came to our door, & wow what a difference! He was very professional, & he listened to my husband while he explained what we have experienced with roofing & insurance companies in the past. He didn't try to sell us a new roof either, as a matter of fact, he offered to inspect it, & after that inspection, he determined that we did NOT need a new roof! In fact, he said our roof is probably good for another 5 years, depending on the weather of course. It was so refreshing to have someone come to our door, who was actually honest, & cared about the roof we already have, instead of trying to sell us a new one. When the day comes that we do need a new roof, or if we have a problem with our current roof, we'll be giving Paul a call! Thank you Paul for your honesty & for what you did for us!

Mr. Coffee took great care to ensure that we fully understood what materials he was going to use, the work that was to be performed and the insurance process. He checked in frequently as the work progressed and conducted an exit meeting to make sure we were totally satisfied. I highly recommend him.
