  Came home after work to find every entrance to my home blocked- garage, front door and back door- all covered with torn off roofing debris, including sharp nails and old shingles. It was clear there was no care taken to keep walkways clear or accessible. I had to carefully climb over a pile of debris just to get inside, nearly injuring myself on exposed nails in the process and almost getting hit by debris thrown by the workers as I was walking past. The lack of basic safety precautions was shocking. It seemed like no one was managing the site or thinking about the people who actually lived there. If you value safety, professionalism, or respect of your property, I'd recommend staying far away from this company.

We take pride in our work and aim to provide excellent service, so it’s concerning to hear that your experience has been less than satisfactory. We did address the initial repairs as promptly as possible in 2023. However, when you reached out this year, we discovered that a solar company had installed solar panels, which unfortunately scratched the metal panels of your roof. This damage has voided the warranty for the installation we performed. We understand how frustrating this situation must be, and I apologize for any delays in communication.   not happy. guy was supposed to come tarp roof while i decided on quote. never came!

We took this matter seriously and after investigation we found that the reason the appointment was not fulfilled was because you are not the homeowner and were not authorized to make those decisions on behalf of the owner.

  They were efficient and quick. The people we spoke to were courteous and knowledgeable. The person who created the quote was honest and upfront and I felt like he explained things in a way I could understand. My partner and I are super happy with the quality of the work done. In fact, they were so swift and efficient, we didn't even notice the work had been done for a few days. I will make a note that we were not given a date and time to expect any workmen over to do the repair. I don't know if that communication got lost in my cluttered email inbox or missed phone call. I'm also not certain if that is normal for repair work. We're new to this sort of thing. Regardless, the criticism is mild and not worth removing rating as we are over all very happy.

  Hi, my name is Cassandra, I would definitely recommend the company to anyone. They’re awesome office manager, along with everyone who worked the receptionist they were all kind they were professional. They kept me on track but most of all they were patient and that for me speaks volume they cared, and they understood that I had an impairment and they tried to make their documents as accessible as they could Sarah she was great Casey. She was great Drew. He was great and the foreman on site was also good. Try them out.

  I was in need of a new roof and I reached out to Coastal Roofing Solutions. From the beginning Drew was able to to come out and advise me of what was needed and the cost. Throughout the process, I had nothing but greatness from the whole team that I encountered. From Drew, Brook, Kyle and Sarah all were professional and patient. All of my questions/concerns were answered. We scheduled a date and time for the replacement work to be done. The workers arrived as scheduled and my work was completed all within a day and no mess for me to have to clean up was left behind. I am very pleased with my new roof, let’s just say I was the talk of the neighbors 🙂. I would recommend Coastal Roofing Solutions, for your roofing needs. The experience that I received was nothing but professional, patience and kindness from the team.

  Our condo association hired coastal to replace all our roofs. Shawn was awesome to work with as was rest of team. The team always on time, worked all day. Polite, professional & excellent clean up. Difficult project & great to have a partner like coastal!

  This company is professional and very customer oriented. Shawn spent time with us to help us through the entire process of replacing our roof, to include; showing us samples, placing a number of different shingles on the roof to help us decide on a color, discussed pros and cons with different products, and product options. Price was very reasonable and competitive. Highly recommend this company!

  Called Shawn and his team. They immediately responded to my residence and provided me a quote. I advised them that when I was ready I’d coordinate to have my roof replaced. They understood and didn’t pressure what so ever. I reached back out 3 months later and the new roof was installed. I really appreciate the non pressure. They understood the task at hand and my new roof looks amazing. I will tell you, they wasn’t the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. If you need a new roof, call Shawn and his team.

  Coastal replaced my roof recently and I was very pleased with the result. They were most efficient and were one of the more inexpensive quotes. I would certainly recommend them if you are in the market for a new roof.
