We do not recommend Coast Remodeling Services. They were careless and damaged our property when they painted our house way back in March of this year 2026. They promised compensation for the items that were damaged or needed to be replaced. It is now August and we are still waiting. Every time we ask about the promised check they give us a different version of ... the check is in the mail, or that they are coming by to drop it off, or that oh by the way we never mailed it but we will mail it tomorrow, or we will drop it off in your mailbox or ... Their stories always change so we know that their excuses are not genuine. We have been patient with them so far but there comes a time when you realize you are being had. Too bad because we liked the painters, but their front office needs to be a whole lot more professional and own up to their promises.

I don't recommend these guys. They have a serious communication problem. The sales guys don’t communicate clearly with the crews. Emails and texts from the customer go unanswered. And during the project the job foreman is seldom present …

This was one of the worst service experiences I have ever had. The roofing company showed a complete lack of professionalism and responsibility. They did not stick to the agreed timeline and kept delaying the project without proper communication. The workers were careless and did not follow proper safety measures. They caused damage to other parts of my property and did not take responsibility for it. The quality of the roofing work was very poor, with visible defects and uneven surfaces. After the first rain, the roof started leaking, which was extremely disappointing. When I contacted the company, they were unresponsive and unhelpful. It was clear that they were not interested in resolving the issue. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience, and I would not recommend this company to anyone

Getting a new roof is not something people normally look forward to. So after getting multiple quotes from different companies, I decided to go with Coast Remodeling Services. They were professional, upfront and honest and very reliable. Something we all hope for and expect. What I didn’t expect was the incredible level of service and attention to every detail. Danny and Jonny are rockstars and never left us feeling like we were just another job. Being a project manager myself, I appreciate personal relationships and being genuine, which they excel in. People talk a lot about the folks that make the deal, shake your hand and coordinate the project. But Elliot and his entire roofing installers were the real heros that had to deal with a quirky 1950’s house and deserve a huge shout out as well. I was on the roof every day (I’m sure they’d prefer I not be. Haha) But working with Elliot and all the guys and having them make me feel I was involved was not only a learning experience, but gave me even more confidence that this was not just the right choice, but the only choice. The solar panels were also expertly removed and replaced without a hitch and are back up working perfectly! It’s rare when you finish a project and you miss seeing them show up in the morning. If any of y’all need more info on the project or experience, I’d be more than happy to chat. Huge fan!

We had CRS re-roof our house and we were extremely happy with them. It was a complicated job involving the removal of a deck, solar electrical and water panels replete with various complications. I had several appraisals, but Liza was the only one to actually listen to my various concerns and she worked closely with me over the entire operation. This involved several different crews and between us there were complications with the timing of each project. Liza and the crews were very much on top of everything and the entire complicated process was an extraordinary success. The other appraisals were more expensive and seemed to think that they knew what they were going to do without listening to any of my concerns. I very strongly recommend CRS for their sensitive responses to our issues and for doing an extremely good job for the least amount of money. It really is a win - win when you use this company.

The first three things that come to mind about CRS are Reliable, Affordable and Quality! We simply can’t say enough great things to reflect the true gratitude we have for Liza and her team at Coast Remodeling Services. They really are the best at what they do — and they do soooo much! There should be absolutely no doubt in your decision to tackle any project with them, big or small. Just go ahead and book them now and save yourself the time and energy of searching. They truly understand how important your home is to you, inside and out, so they won’t disappoint. Maybe most importantly, if any random issue does arise (which it always does with a big project), they will be on top of it immediately! We worked with CRS on both a full roof replacement and a MAJOR bathroom remodel. We were lucky enough to be referred to Liza by a trusted local contractor friend for our roof repair. We got multiple quotes from roofing companies, as it was a big expense for us, but no one understood or communicated better than Liza. Not only did she offer a better product and solution, she also came in more affordable than all the other bids! Her team did such an amazing job on our roof that we reached out to Liza again a few years later for our full bathroom remodel. Oh man — there’s really no way to put into words how much of a project this bathroom was to take on. We ripped the old bathroom down to the studs, expanded its footprint, and fully rebuilt it into a glorious, resort spa–style sanctuary. Major vibe and an inconceivable space upgrade! Liza and her lead builder worked side by side with me daily throughout the entire process. From planning to purchasing, demo to details, problems to solutions — they nailed it. We inevitably encountered some “fun” issues like improper support beams and suspect wiring, but they always pivoted and solved each problem quickly and thoroughly. The team’s positive attitude and good spirits were also a notable and welcome part of the experience. This

I recently hired Coast Remodeling Services to fix my roof, and I’m extremely happy with the results. From the first phone call to the final inspection, their team was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. They quickly identified the issue, explained the repair process clearly, and provided a fair estimate with no surprises. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and paid great attention to detail. They made sure everything was properly repaired and sealed, and they cleaned up thoroughly afterward. My roof looks great, and I feel confident that the problem has been fully resolved. I highly recommend Coast Remodeling Services to anyone needing roof repairs. Reliable, honest, and high-quality work all around!

Coast Remodeling Services repaired my leaky roof and I couldn’t be happier with their work. Saiid came out initially to inspect the job and give me a quote. He was very knowledgeable about roofing, very personable, and explained the process clearly. He gave me several options and I decided to go with reroofing half the roof. The roofing team was managed by Danny who was also very friendly and provided great communication throughout the project. The team arrived on time, worked diligently, and finished in just two days. They were very careful not to damage any of the surrounding property and landscaping. My property was spotless once they finished the clean-up. I highly recommend Coast Remodeling Services and look forward to working with them again in the future.
