  I chose Clean Roofing because I was having solar panels installed through their sister company, Clean Solar, but unfortunately the professionalism, competency, and attention to detail that was present in Clean Solar's work was absent from this company. We chose to go with a metal roof and the whole process felt like this was their first time installing a metal roof. They were short on materials… project delayed. They didn’t realize they needed to do a teardown inspection from the city… project delayed. They didn’t realize they needed a special saddle for our sky light… project delayed. You might be thinking, well does that matter if they ultimately did a good job installing the roof? They did not. We’ve had to have them back twice already to fix issues with craftsmanship and finishing (See pictures), such as leaving gaps in the roof and globs of exposed silicone facing the front of the house. They also didn’t disclose the process of metal roof oil canning ( where the roof looks like it has dents), and their install had way more canning than other metal roofs I’ve seen locally. The communication and care for the house was also poor. After they "cleaned up" for the day I would have to pick up loose nails in my driveway. They left sheets of loose 6ft strips of metal on my roof over the weekend which came crashing down into my front walkway on a windy day. They would say they would be coming one day and then not show and say they wouldn’t be coming then show up. I recently had an attic fan installed in my roof and they tore it out and threw it away without telling me. I later was told that attic fans don't work with ridge vents, but it would have been nice to have the option to keep the fan I spent hundreds on. Their initial price for the roof was fair, but I had a couple mandatory change orders that they charged a 22% markup on. I’m used to seeing a 15% markup, so this was definitely high for me. I unfortunately cannot recommend them, at least for a metal roof. I

  I got a roof from Clean Roofing and solar panels from Clean Solar. This review is specific to my experiences with the roofing. Overall I think they delivered a good product at a good price, but the actual process of getting the roof installed was very stressful. Good: + I've only had the roof for ~6 weeks at this point, but we've already had a lot of rain and the new roof didn't leak. I'm not qualified to evaluate the quality of the work beyond that, so I'm assuming they did a great job and that the roof will last at least 15 years without problems (the length of the warranty). + Their pricing was the best I found. + Communication with their sales people, project managers, etc was quick and cordial. + Their workers were friendly, polite, and left the work site clean after the job was done. Bad: - The biggest issue was that they severely inconvenienced my neighbors and made them very angry at me. In particular, on the first day of work, while they removed the old roof, pieces of it ended up flying through my neighbors' open windows into their house. They should have notified the neighbors and asked them to close their windows. And I don't know if this is feasible, but ideally they would have done the work in a way that material did not go flying off the roof. - A truck (either delivering material or hauling debris) damaged a tree in front of my house, and left a large branch damaged and dangling dangerously over the sidewalk. This was a minor emergency we had to scramble to deal with. - I was originally told nobody had to be home to supervise or help with anything, but after these two issues on the first day, I decided someone needed to be home to supervise, so I had to work from home for a week, with extremely loud banging going on overhead. - At the last minute (less than 24 hours notice) they asked me to reserve a parking spot in front of the house for a delivery vehicle. This is something they could have reserved through the city if they'd done it ahead

  I want to praise the construction team of Clean Roofing, - Rodrigo – Project Manager - Magdaleno – Foreman - Sergi – English Speaker / Roofer - Rolando – Roofer - Eric – Roofer - Jordi – Roofer They check and explain in detail all the parts that need to be repaired and maintain very good construction quality to meet the requirements of customers. During the construction period, update the progress every day and provide photos for sharing. Thanks for their professional attitude, I recommend this team to everyone.

  I had my roof replaced in 2023 and Clean Roofing did an excellent job from sales to installation. They were very easy to work with and responsive to any questions and requests. The owner recently contacted me and asked if there were any issues or concerns, which I thought was very thoughtful. I highly recommend them.

  We had an outstanding experience with Clean Roofing from start to finish. Roofing projects can be disruptive and messy by nature, but this team truly lives up to their name. A huge shoutout to the crew: Magdaleno, Erick, Luis, Rolando, Jordy, and Sergy, who were exceptional every step of the way. Their communication was clear, consistent, and proactive. We always knew what to expect each day, and any questions we had were answered quickly and thoughtfully. Scheduling was seamless, and they stayed true to their timeline, which we really appreciated. Even more impressive was their follow-through, every detail was handled with care, and nothing felt rushed or overlooked. What really set them apart was how clean and respectful they were of our home throughout the process. Roofing is inherently messy, but this crew went above and beyond to keep everything as tidy as possible each day. It made a huge difference for our family.   Clean roofing did an amazing job on our roof, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! They were quick to come out and give an estimate, available to answer questions regarding the scope of work, timelines, and negotiating price, and just as quick to start work once we were ready to go. Jorge was our foreman, and he was great. He checked in with us in the morning, professional, and super hardworking, as was the rest of his crew, including Pablo, Jorge Jr, and Jesus. They worked hard, stayed busy, Jorge kept us updated. The whole crew was very nice (with 3 young daughters, that was an awesome little bonus). They kept the workspace contained, were mindful of our safety, and worked around our young family clutter and bustle. Laura was our operations manager, and she kept us updated and up to speed! Rodrigo was our superintendent, and he was very easy to communicate with. He was responsive, timely, and made sure we understood the scope of the work. That was important because our roof needed more work than the initial work order we laid out. There was a lot of rot in the wood beneath the roof. The original estimate was very reasonable, but the scope of work great 2-3x fold. With that increase in work that had to be done, the price still felt very fair. We were in good hands! The whole experience was very relieving. We’ve had rain since they finished, no leaks at all! And they’ve checked in us to make sure everything was all good regarding no leaks. I’m so glad I found Clean Roofing and worked with them!

  Clean Roofing was top notch through the entire process. From top to bottom I was handle efficiently. Starting with Micah get me a quick efficient estimate. Start date was made right away and they held to the schedule above and beyond. Omar was able to get his pre job walk through done right anyway and make sure all materials were ordered and ready when to job started. Rodrigo kept the job running smoothly all the way through with making sure I was fully aware of change orders. I was given estimates for all additional need work and additional work was explained to me in a timely manner. Even with the needed and approved change orders the work never stopped an was completed on time including additional stucco work and the installation of gutters and down spouts. The crew worked extremely efficiently while doing excellent craftsmanship from Jorge, Pablo, Luis, Rolando and Jesus. A big crew was in the job daily. Clean was above and beyond not only do the make sure to clean up at the end of each day I Regularly saw them blowing and clean throughout the days work. I cannot imagine anyone going wrong with selecting Clean Roofing to do your project. You will be in good hands all the way through.

  Had a great experience with Clean Roofing. We went with them because of their excellent reputation and relationship with Clean Solar. They were on time, explained everything well, had a very fair price and cleaned everything up afterwards. On their follow up visit , they spent several hours doing touch up work, impressively paying attention to very small details. Special thanks to the people we specifically worked with- Rodrigo (project manager) and roofers Silvano, Ángel, Rodrigo and Luis. Laura, the secretary, always got back to us right away (which isn’t always the case) and was extremely helpful. PJ, their first rep we talked to, was patient and very informative, and didn’t give off the high sales pressure vibe at all. Overall, a great experience through and through.
