This was not a great experience for me. I they placed the wrong color on my roof and now my point of contact won’t respond. This was a huge let down.

T B, this is the first our office is hearing about this. I would hope that something as important as having the wrong color installed on your roof would make you call the office directly and let them know. Please contact the office as soon as you can. Classic Roofing LLC came and did our roof this week, it looks great! They arrived on time, and cleaned up so well I wouldn't have known they were ever there!

Classic Roofing had previously done a repair to my roof and matched it perfectly to my older shingles. Jay recently came out to inspect a separate issue, and reassured me I had another 6 years left on my current roof. His honestly was greatly appreciated, and I highly recommend his services.

We had a complete tear-off and replacement roof in September 2024. I could not be happier with the results and the whole process was a breeze. It only took one day, and the area was immaculate before they left. I am confident that if a problem does arise in the future, Classic Roofing will resolve quickly. I highly recommend this company. I am in Lorain County.

If it weren’t for Jason Regec and his dedication to staying on it and helping to fight our insurance every time the ball got dropped, we would have never gotten our roof replaced and our home safe from the elements! There is no one out there like him! Would give more than 5 stars if I could!

Jason really was great to work with. Nice, quick, and professional. I called one day, met Jason the next day, and the job was complete the following day. Amazing turn around! I will absolutely use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

Had some issues with delay in the beginning, but Jay was really helpful with getting the issues resolved. The team did a great job with repairing my roof. Will definitely use again if needed.
