They did some roof repair on my mom's roof, had an issue after the repair, only wanted to pass the blame on something else. Had storm last night ( only couple months from the original repair) saw more roof damage, and with out even seeing pictures of the damage was saying issue was not them but something/ someone else... issue was from the storm, I was not blaming anyone, just wanted it fixed. they now refused to come look at it.

Peter & Karen, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a thoughtful and detailed review. It truly means a lot to us, especially coming from customers we’ve had the privilege of working with for many years. We’ve always believed that a proper roof inspection should be thorough and honest not just a quick walkthrough so I’m glad you appreciated the detailed maintenance approach and repair process. Jorge will also be very happy to hear your comments. Having him as part of our team for over 20 years is something we’re extremely proud of, and customers like you are a big reason why those long-term relationships matter. We sincerely appreciate the trust you placed in us both during your roof replacement years ago and again for your recent maintenance service. Our goal has always been to help homeowners protect and extend the life of their roof whenever possible, and we’re glad we could give you peace of mind moving forward. Thank you again for your continued support, your kind words, and your trust in Classic Roofing & Gutters! Richard Hicks Owner since 1993

We’ve used Classic Roof and Gutters twice for roof replacements in different houses. Both times we received courteous and efficient service at a reasonable price. Also, they stand behind their work and will address any issues. Happy with both final products and appreciate the attention to detail with final clean up.

Richard Hicks, of Classic Roofing and Gutters along with Jorge Gomez and his crew provided above excellent roofing services. Beginning with my first call regarding a insurance roof inspection needed. Richard was able to have Jorge, come out the same day of my call. Upon inspecting the roof, it was determined the roof was in good condition. However the insurance company wasn't in agreement. So after consulting with Richard, (who originally installed the roof 15 yrs ago,) we decided to upgrade to a new roof. Jorge and his crew arrived on time, very professional, knowledgeable, skillful and most importantly excellent customer care. They installed a beautiful, customized, eye catching professional roof! On both the house and detached garage! Afterwards, the crew cleaned, inspected gutters, refreshed the yard areas and actually said "thank you!" We are the ones that are saying "THANK YOU," to Classic Roofing for turning a negative into a blessing! We are thankful, and grateful for all of your services. Many blessings to Richard, Jorge, and the entire crew of Classic Roofing and Gutters, on providing knowledge, experience, skills, customer service and professional top-notch abilities on an excellent job! Thank you again, Susie and Mark
