The business was sold to someone from another country a few years back where the weather is not at all like what we have here in S. Florida. My experience with the new owner does not make the cut.

Kind of very disappointed with this company. They initially had good contact etc... but did not finish the job. Had to redo a suroom roof but they never did the finitions around... which seems to be plain common sense : to finish it the way it was before the work. So my roof surroundings are left raw and I now have issues with the community. They tell me to use another company to do it! What type of company? If a roofing company doesn't do it... who will? Simply doesn't make any sense. Now it is ugly and the community is not happy for good reasons. I have a few things to fix on my main residence roof and disappointed I will have to find a different contractor now.

Clark Roofing recently finished a complete roof replacement in Pompano Beach. The owner Dale Duskin arranged the work. Here are pictures to illustrate what they did to my roof. The list of damage is to long to post here. Please inspect your work, honor your agreement, and fix the damage caused by your employees. I would urge anyone considering using this Clark Roofing located at 1425 SW 1st Ct STE 26, Pompano Beach, FL 3306 to reconsider.

This is the worst contractor experience that I’ve ever had. While they were installing my roof, they had the key and the house was robbed. The only police suspect is their employee. The roof began to have severe leaks almost immediately and they never answered our calls for five months. We finally decided not to let them fix it because their quality was so bad and they still wouldn’t use flashing. This is headed for a law suit. There are plenty of quality roofers without dealing with these guys

I am sorry you experienced this but you have the wrong roofing company. First off we do not get keys to homeowners houses as that is a liability and second you do not come up in our system so if you could please find the correct roofing … More

2 months ago I bought a house, and when the Insurance company came to inspect it. They found anomalies on parts of the roof (uneven), I contacted the roofing company since the roof was just replaced on October 2017, but they declined any responsibility (after inspecting the house) because they have a clause in their contract that the warranty is not transferable. I have to pay a different roofing company to fix part of the damage. To my surprise, severe damage was found, a hole in the plywood cover with some kind of a plastic bag and painted over with some kind of sealant. In conclusion, 1. Be careful with the warranty. Its not transferable. 2. Definitely, a terrible company policy, not to hold themselves responsible for something that they did a year an a half ago

I was highly recommended Clark Roofing as a reputable company to redo the roof of my mom’s townhouse in Davie and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Sabrina made the process efficient & seemingly effortless due to her professional attitude and dedication to providing high quality service to her clients. Phillip and his team were reliable and completed the job as promised. They are neat & thoughtful from start to finish and clean-up time. I recommend Clark Roofing without hesitation to anyone looking to get a quality new roof.

"I had Clark Roofing come out to repair the roof above my garage, and they did a fantastic job! They were incredibly professional and came out very quickly to get the repair done. The work involved replacing rotten plywood, installing new underlayment, and a new metal valley. I'm really pleased with the results."

Excellent service. The staff who did the work were very knowledgeable about their respective roles in this field. Yes, we had to wait for the inspections required by the City of Pembroke Park, however, this didn't really impact the scheduled workdays or the overall duration of the job. The weather was perfect, a little warm... Furthermore, the staff were very polite, smiling, and clearly enjoyed their work, which is good for the employer. Thank you. The cleaning work was done exceptionally well. No damage, no litter, no old shingles or nails left on the property. We thank you all, my partner Lyne and I, Réjean, for your cooperation. Management: Sabrina and Philip of Clark Roofing, demonstrated their organization and expertise in this area. Professional services. Highly recommended. BRAVO TO ALL. THANK YOU.
