  On three different occasions Citywide set up an appointment to give me an estimate. Each time they did not show up and cancelled last minute. I had to go out of my way to make sure I was available and it seemed like my time and schedule was unimportant to them. After this experience we chose not to move forward with their services since they did not seem to value our time or be reliable.

  Schedule an appointment last Friday no one show up called. The # and the person that answered very rude saying we have to reschedule for Sunday not even asked me if it was ok nice I don’t have to give my money to a company that doesn’t appreciate my business and my money I put an a star it should be minus one star

  Tankless Hot water heater outlet was out. No hot water for 4 days. Called customer support for Citywide Roofing info. They came out quickly and Lee was extremely helpful and responsive. There was a GFI plug in garage (in a weird spot) and pressed the reset button and all was well again. Technician was extremely polite and helpful! 5 stars (10/10) for awesome customer service on both ends!

  Thank you Brent and Avi for all of your help with our parents roof replacement it was done in such a timely manner, on short notice might I add, after our insurance demanded our roof replacement or cancellation of our policy. Due to my parents being older they could not handle this matter and I could not be more grateful to have found you guys to handle it for us so professionally.
