  Back when I had these repairs done, I had a section of decking and shingles replaced at the edge of a dormer. The siding on our dormer was butchered when the flashing was replaced and the siding had to be replaced. City roofing covered this siding replacement, though it took a few weeks for them to get it in/replaced, and I was satisfied with the remediation. However, they were to also repair the flashing and siding gaps on our chimney. I asked Don if the repair to the chimney was done and if he inspected it. He said he did and would send pictures, but I never received the pics. I was on the roof today and thought I’d inspect the chimney repair. Granted the repair was done almost a year ago, but it is evident the siding and flashing was never sealed/repaired with these huge gaps and lack of sealant. There was no flashing replaced nor sealant applied around the siding or flashing. I don’t believe this is the quality of repair which I should expect and pay for… Customers should not be taken advantage of like this nor lied to about the work performed... Seek repairs elsewhere.

As our industries have changed, we have found it more important than ever, for all concerned , to review the work approved by the insurance adjusters before providing our estimate. This allows us to confirm that we are including all the items listed on the claim , that the pricing and sizes are correct and to address any discrepancies. Many times this eliminates the need for multiple trips and speeds up the estimating process. We are sorry if this was not properly conveyed. Please know that our policy is to always honor our customers requests and given a chance in the future, we would gladly honor yours.

  I received a referral from one of my State Farm agents in the Houston area. I work for RestoPros of South Houston and I needed help to make sure the customer was well taken care of. I called City Roofing and Nick quickly took care of getting me a full inspection report and estimate. Once the customer approved the job Nick was quick to get the work done. The customer is extremely happy which makes me completely happy. As a professional, I can strongly recommend City Roofing to anyone.

  Our 9 yo completely indoor cat managed to pull loose an atrium screen, escaped, and fortunately ran back in about an hour later. Whew! City Roofing came the very next day and fixed it! We are so thankful.

  I am a realtor and refer this company all the time! They are honest, dependable, fair and have excellent customer service! I use them on my personal home as well. I have worked with them for years and have never been disappointed. I highly recommend them if you have roofing needs!
