  In the past I had rated this business with five stars. I recently reached out to this company for another service because they did such great work before.This time has been awful! It has been a lot of phone tag, unanswered texts and calls from Dan. When he does answer, he tells me he will check in to something and get back to me and he never does. Within the last week, I talked to him and he stated that he would get back to me Saturday morning but he never did. I reached out Monday morning to Dan and I still have not heard back from him. Horrible customer service!!! I wish I could give it no stars.

  I'm sure if he makes it to the house he would be great. Four days of phone tag, two missed appointments.

  I am so happy with my roof replacement that Cincinnati Roofing did for my home! Dan and his whole crew were very professional and thorough. Those poor men worked well into the evening during the worst heatwave of the year, and did an amazing job! I HIGHLY recommend this company for any roof and gutter work your home needs!

  Prompt service was appreciated. I called and left a vm and they called back in an hour and came to my home that day. they checked everything over and all i needed was some minor repair which they completed the next day. i recommend them highly,

  Dan was a pleasure to work with from the start. Came out and gave me a reasonable quote for a tear off and brand new shingled roof. His team was very professional and mindful of landscaping around the house. Cleaned up as they went and finished the job quickly. Very satisfied with the outcome and the new curb appeal to my home. If you're thinking about roof work, I would highly recommend Dan and his team at Cincinnati roofing. Job we'll done !!

  Fair and reasonable quote for our roof replacement job. Dan and his team worked steadily each day on our job, it was hard to tell if they ever took breaks! They cleaned up our property thoroughly when finished. The end result was a professionally completed new roof. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Cincinnati Roofing to anyone!

  Called and left a message and received a call back within a few hours from Dan. Came over and gave me a quote with Tim. Once I made an appointment they completed the job the next day. Would definitely use them again.

  Dan was very responsive to what I needed looked at and repaired. He came out and assessed the situation, called me with a quote, I accepted and he was over the next day with one additional employee and got the job done. Problem fixed and I would recommend Dan for all your roofing, gutter and chimney needs!

  5/5 stars. If you need your gutters cleaned, go through these guys. I called Cincinnati Roofing late in the business day, around 3PM asking if someone could stop by and clean my gutters the same day - as I was trying to get someone to do the job before the upcoming big rain storm (my gutters were in bad shape/clogged). Not only was Dan able to accommodate with little notice, but the man who did the job - Rich, was a friendly, hard working, and did an amazing job. Both Dan and Rich went above and beyond for me and have earned my business for life. I suggest you do the same. Good people who do good work is hard to come by these days. Go with Cincinnati Roofing and you won't be disappointed.
