Mark, thank you for taking the time to share this. We know dealing with hail damage and an insurance claim can feel overwhelming, especially with a metal roof, so hearing that our team made the process stress-free means a lot to us. Tim, Emily, and the rest of the Churchill team work hard to handle the details, communicate clearly, and make the insurance restoration process as easy as possible for our homeowners. We’re grateful you trusted Churchill USA Roofing with your metal roof and your USAA claim — and even happier to hear you love how the finished roof turned out. Thank you again for trusting us with your home, Mark!

They were excellent at scheduling the work and keeping us informed on the status. They did an excellent job on the roof replacement and project closeout.

Working with Andrew and Churchill for the damage caused by a hail storm was so painless! They did a professional job, were a pleasure to work with and kept me up to date as each repair was scheduled. This job was over $200K so was a massive undertaking. Andrew went to bat for me and was successful in getting the correct roofing approved and the windows, that I had replaced immediately, covered under my insurance. I would definitely hire Churchill, and hopefully Andrew, should I have any future issues. I am so grateful Andrew knocked on my door and I was home!
