I had a roof and gutters put on my house about 10 years ago by Chuck’s Roofing. About a month ago I noticed some moisture in the ceiling. I called and spoke to the owner. He did not seem organized and was extremely rude. He said twice to me during the conversation that “you’re not listening to the conversation.” After the second time saying this he proceeded to hang up on me. I called back and indicated I wasn’t through with the conversation. He finally said he would come out but was a no show. I then checked the Better Business Bureau website. It indicated that Chucks Roofing was unaccredited due to not responding to their inquiries. I will hire someone else to consult and correct the issue. I don’t recommend this company. The owner has no customer service skills whatsoever. Based on your reply you are not capable of listening to the conversation.

10 years ago is actually 22 years ago. I looked it up. Finally found it on computer. I offered to extend warranty . No you you don't get a complete new roof after 22 years, especially when it's was a minor problem !!!

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 239 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 238, of which 197 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
