We had some poor roof work done before by another roofing contractor, and later we found a leak. After I called, Micah and the crew came out, checked the damaged area, and fixed the roof repair quickly with no hassle. They explained what was going on with the shingles and flashing in simple terms, and the whole process felt honest and professional. We will definitely call them again for any future roofing work. It was also refreshing to hear Micah speak positively about another roofer while still showing real confidence in his own team and workmanship.

Fantastic roofing service from Christopher & Sons Roofing. We had a roof leak that was leaving water spots on the ceiling after a cement tile roof was installed by another roofer. We first called the original crew, and they said the chimney cap was the issue. Then Justin came out, carefully checked the chimney cap, flashing, and nearby roof areas, and found the real source of the leak. There was a large gap in the stucco where the flashing meets the chimney, enough to let wind-driven rain and moisture get in. The original roofers had missed that area around the flashing during the finish work. What really stood out was that he not only found the problem quickly, but also repaired it the right way. Justin was polite, detailed, and very thorough during the inspection, and he explained everything in simple terms so we understood what was going on with the chimney flashing and water entry point. It was a huge relief to have an experienced roofer diagnose the issue correctly and stop the leak before it caused more interior damage. I would gladly recommend them to friends and neighbors looking for honest, skilled roofing help.

I sent a request through the website about a loose gutter that was causing water to pool and drip around my porch awning and roof edge. Justin, the owner, called back very fast and said he was already working nearby in St Augustine and could stop by within 30 minutes to inspect it. He got up there, checked the gutter and flashing, explained the issue clearly, and gave me a fair estimate. He then went to get the needed materials and came back quickly. Within a couple of hours, he had the gutter securely reattached, added support to another section that looked weak, cleared out built-up debris, sealed problem spots around the awning, and corrected some old patchwork left behind from earlier repairs. He also made sure water would drain properly during heavy Florida rain. The price was affordable, the work was professional, and the whole process was easy from start to finish. Excellent roofing and gutter service, and I will definitely call them again for any future roof help.

Christopher & Sons Roofing has a strong reputation in St Augustine for good reason: they finish roofing jobs on schedule and do the work the right way. Our project included re-shingling several roof sections on the home, installing skylights, and replacing gutters to improve drainage during Florida’s heavy rain and storm season. Compared with other local roofing quotes we received, the pricing was very fair and competitive. The planning and job prep were very detailed, with several visits to the property and plenty of helpful calls and texts to make sure every part of the roofing project was covered. Everyone was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Micah, the project manager, did an excellent job sorting through a fairly complex group of roofing issues and making sure everything was handled smoothly. Communication from Micah and Justin in the office was always quick, clear, and responsive. Ashton and the crew worked fast and efficiently, kept us updated during the job, and paid close attention to cleanup around the yard when the work was done. You could barely tell they had been there, except the roof, skylights, and gutters all looked brand new. The whole process felt organized from start to finish, and their roofing team clearly knows how to deliver quality workmanship. Highly recommended.

We hired a roofing contractor after seeing strong local recommendations, and the whole process went smoothly from start to finish. john was very responsive, kept us updated, and explained what to expect at each stage of the roofing work. We had a clear idea of what we wanted for our roof and covered outdoor area, and when we met with ashton, he turned our ideas into a detailed estimate that was easy to understand. He also worked with us to adjust the scope so it fit our budget while still giving us the roofing improvements and exterior upgrades we wanted. Once the plan was approved, we made the first payment right before the project started, and then the crew got right to work. In a short time, we saw steady progress with framing, roof installation, trim details, electrical updates, and gutter work. Within about two weeks, our outdoor living space and roofline looked completely transformed. The new roofing and added cover really changed how we use our home, especially in the St Augustine heat and rain. During the job, the only added items were gutters around the house and a pantry light, and those changes were explained clearly with any cost or timing updates. we appreciated how open the communication was, and everything felt organized and professional. jaime and the crew delivered quality workmanship, and we are very happy with the final result. when we need more roofing or exterior work in St Augustine, they will be our first call.

these roofers really did a great job. i had a leak in my roof that turned out to be a detailed and complicated issue, and it needed a careful repair to the roofing system. out of several roofing companies i contacted, this was the only team that fully stood behind the work and assured me they could stop the leak the right way. one other roofer did not want to take on the project because of how involved it was. jaime was very honest from the start about the condition of the roof and explained that the repair would cost more than some of the other estimates, but also made it clear that the work would be done correctly and not rushed. that honesty meant a lot. i was on a tight timeline to finish everything before closing on my home, and they made room in the schedule for the roof repair and the interior ceiling repair so everything stayed on track. the crew was very professional, respectful, and skilled. they paid close attention to the flashing, problem areas, and overall repair details, and they made sure i was happy with the final result. micah was also very helpful throughout the process and made sure the project was completed on time. living in St Augustine, it is important to have a roofing company that understands heavy rain, heat, humidity, and the kind of roof leaks that florida homes can develop. this team clearly knows how to handle difficult roof repair work in this climate. i highly recommend them for roof repair, especially if you have a hard-to-find leak or a challenging roofing problem. i am definitely a loyal customer now, and i could not be more pleased with the service.
