The technician - Kevin cancelled on me twice and both times I had to contact him to see if he was still coming. Unprofessional to say the least. If this is what this company is represented by, think twice about using them!

Sorry about the scheduling issues. We have reassigned to another rep. He will follow up with you to make things right and we value your business with Roof Pros.

Would not give me a estimate unless they got All of the insurance proceeds from my insurance company. No customer pay work.

Not sure about the quality of work they do since I didn't hire them due to their very expensive estimate.

We had our roof replaced over 6 months ago and it’s still unfinished. We have attempted in vain to contact them but no one is responding.

Recently had home roof replacement completed by Roof Pros Storm Division. Analeecia, the project lead, was fantastic. She handled all the steps from start to finish, leaving very little for us to do other than make a few phone calls to our insurance company. The installation team was very efficient, professional and thorough. The clean-up was amazing. Not one thing in our yard was out of place after they left. Highly recommend.

Josh Martin was outstanding from the moment he arrived. His professionalism, knowledge, and honesty immediately earned my trust. He took the time to answer all of our questions, explained everything thoroughly, and never made us feel pressured. If I were choosing based solely on the representative, I would have absolutely loved to have Josh and his company complete our roof. The only reason we ultimately went with another contractor was the price. Once we had made a commitment to the other company, we felt it was important to honor our word rather than back out. That decision honestly saddens me because Josh made such a positive impression. I would not hesitate to recommend Josh to anyone looking for a trustworthy, professional roofing representative. He is a true asset to his company

Very pleased with recent roof replacement due to hail damage by Roof Pros. The team of sales and Reps were very professional. Their knowledge guiding the filling of Ins. claim was very detailed resulting in approval. The roofing crew was skilled and did a wonderful job. Communication by Ana Ransom roof consultant was excellent as she guided a professional installation. They truly are Pros!

I highly recommend Roof Pros! Jason Ransom was so great and helpful through the entire process. Always responded when I had questions. The dreaded part of getting forms and paperwork together and sent to where they needed to go wasn't stressful at all! They will take care of it for you! The crew was here on time and got the job done and cleaned up the same day! We are so happy with our new roof! Thanks Jason and Crew!! You're awesome!!!

The roof looks great. The issue was how long it took to reach people in order to get things moving. Additionally, after the initial cleanup, there were over 20 nails still in my yard. One of the nails went into my niece's leg and had to take her to the ER. They had to come back out 2 more times to remove the remaining nails. I understand things happen which is why Im giving this 3 stars, but definitely could have had a better experience.

Roof pros was an excellent choice when I had damage from Hale. Damian walked me through exactly everything that I needed and it was a wonderful experience from beginning to end.

Very professional, thorough and transparent service from Jordan Carlson and his team. I had some roof damage which was easily repaired and then a roof treatment was applied to entire roof to extend longevity in lieu of an entire roof replacement. I look forward to working with the team again, when the replacement will be needed. Highly recommend.

It was very long and drawn out process from the insurance, but Grayson handled the entire way professionally and in a timely manner. Working with insurance on a roof claim was one of the most unpleasant experiences I've ever had, but he made the process easier for me to make sure I was taken care of. He stood by his work and held himself accountable for anything I was dissatisfied with. He even came back after the whole transaction to take care of a few things for me. I got my new roof and I'm very happy with it. Thank you so much, Grayson and the crew at Roof Pros.

A tremendous shoutout to Logan Parham with Roof Pros Storm Division! From start to finish, Logan was in communication every step of the way (before, during, and after). He handled everything and I couldn’t do it without him. From helping us pick out the perfect color and staying onsite all day making sure everything went smoothly. What could’ve been a super stressful process felt easy and taken care of because of him. We’re beyond thankful for his hard work, professionalism, and kindness. We absolutely love how our new roof turned out. Couldn’t recommend him enough! Thank you, Logan!

Roof Pros is a highly reputable company. The total roof replacement was completed as scheduled. Staff are highly competent, professional and courteous. It was indeed my pleasure to work directly with Kevin Law, roof consultant from the initial inspection through the final installation. I highly recommend Roof Pros Storm Division.

Damien was my roof contact. He was amazing. He knew exactly what needed to be done every step of the process and walked me through everything. The roof was as done in a day, everything was cleaned up like they were never here. I would and have recommended them to anyone who needs work done on the roof. He helped me get my house sided, new gutters, and new shutters also. Great experience with this company
