  BEWARE!!! We had our new roof, siding, and gutters installed by Goode Brothers. The work performed was good quality for the most part. They did however damage my AC condenser coil which almost burned my house down. Little did we know that our unit was running off of heat strips for about a month which really spiked our electric bill. We found out that the condenser was damaged after we made a service call to have it looked at after our house was having issues heating to the set temperature. My wife and kids were the only ones home and the house started to fill with the smell of something burning right before the technician showed up. The electrical disconnect by the indoor unit was melting. The repairman did tell us that they believe something fell from the roof while the work was taking place which was consistent with the damage on the unit. I did some research and found out that our electric usage surged on the first day they started which was the demo of the roof. I was told by Goode Brothers that nothing dropped from the roof would have damaged it. They were removing sheets of plywood from my roof which is heavy enough to cause damage such as this. Of course Goode Brothers denied everything from day one. The new condenser cost us $3,000 out of pocket. Do your homework before hiring them. They also asked for the full balance before the work was even complete which I denied.

  I hired Goode Brothers Gutters expecting professional service, but the experience was very disappointing. The quality of the work was below standard, and when I tried to contact the company about the issues, phone calls were not returned, and communication essentially stopped. I was also informed that the equipment rental company (High Reach) had not been paid for the rental used on the job, which raised serious concerns. Additionally, the office locations listed publicly appear to be vacated, making it even more difficult to get any follow-up or resolution. I gave multiple opportunities to address these problems, but nothing was resolved. Overall, this experience lacked professionalism and accountability, and I would not recommend this company.

  Had this company come out for an estimate in May.. was quoted a completion date for end of June. Had a lot of issues with appointment reminders being sent and then no one ever showing up and no communication until myself or my family reached out to ask if they were coming that day to start the work. Needless to say the job was not completed until September. We spent a lot of money having this company fix our patio so that my terminally ill father could enjoy time outside. Unfortunately, it took so long he will never get to enjoy his brand new patio.

  The installers showed no regard Four my plants and flowers they trampled everything and they made a mess. Unfortunately, I had to ask them to clean this up and do This and that they could’ve been so much neater they just didn’t seem to care

  This company USED TO BE wonderful. I don't know what's happened to them, but now they're a mess. What was supposed to be a 3-hr job turned into over 3 weeks! There's no communication, the fellow showed up the first time without the right tools and materials, and had to return several times. I wasted so much time waiting for them, then they didn't show up. Lots of aggravation- over installation of a screen door!

  Goode Brothers had the lowest quote from three options I got, and was lovely to work with. The salesman was kind and straightforward, the office staff was diligent and very communicative and the installation staff were quick and efficient. I highly recommend their services.

  I highly recommend the Goode Brother for gutters. They were prompt, seasonable priced and did an excellent job. The guys who worked putting up new gutters were very friendly and respectful. I’d hire them again no question!

  Goode Brothers just completed an installation of gutters on our house and they did a beautiful job. From the initial estimate to completion they were professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of our property. Brandon and Gage worked quickly and efficiently, and didn't stop for a moment even when it began to rain heavily. I asked if they would like to stop and stay out of the rain on our front porch. The politely declined, laughing and saying that the rain was what they needed to cool down while they did their job. We can, and have, highly recommend Goode Brothers to anyone needing Gutters installed on their home.
