Chicago Roofing Systems

I called to schedule a roof inspection, but the call felt unprofessional from the start. When they answered, they did not identify the business, so I had to ask who I was speaking with. I was interested in scheduling an inspection, but I was told I would need to pay the full amount upfront before anyone came to the property to look at the roof. That did not feel right to me, so I decided not to move forward. I cannot speak to the quality of their roofing work, but based on my initial customer service experience and the upfront payment requirement, I was not comfortable scheduling.

Robert and his team provided a very timely and thorough roof report for a new house we’re purchasing (with some more complicated flat top roofing issues). The quoted proposal was very fair. Rare to find a team so professional, thorough, timely, and cost-effective.

These guys did a fantastic job on my roof balcony which was leaking water into my ceiling. They called out the fact that the original contractors didn't use proper insulation and also the fact that the pitch should be fixed and took care of both of those. Bob, the owner is extremely friendly, responsive, prompt, and courteous which was a big relief because other contractors that came out to give a quote did not measure up. I would absolutely recommend these guys for any roof work!
