I used this company to get a second quote for a roofing job. The owner responded quickly and came to my address the same day. After his inspection he gave me his estimate which was way over the first quote I received from a different company. When I asked him about a break-down and explanation why the price is so high he immediately went down with his estimate and said they could also do it for $1000 less. That was a red flag to me. I decided against the company. The day after I received a phone call with the owner telling me that he desperately needs the job and that he could knock off another $1000. That’s when I knew this company is suspicious.

Hi John, we want to respectfully clarify that no work was performed by our company for you. This review is based only on an estimate discussion, not an actual roofing project or completed service. Our pricing is based on roof condition, materials, scope of work, warranty, labor, and the level of repair or replacement needed. When a customer asks about budget options or a different scope, the price can sometimes be adjusted. That does not mean the original estimate was dishonest or overpriced — it simply means there may be more than one way to approach a roofing project. We always try to be transparent, professional, and fair with every customer. We respect your decision to choose another company and wish you the best with your project. — Chicago Flat Roofing Contractors

One thing i appreciated was that they actually answered the phone every time I called. No chasing people around or waiting days for a response. The work itself came out just as good, as the customer service. I really liked that they answered the phone every time I called it made a difference. The customer service was great, the work itself was also great.

We recently hired Chicago Flat Roofing Contractors to repair a section of our flat roof on our 3 flat in West Town/Wicker Park. Eric was easy to work with, pricing was transparent and honest, the crew came quickly to inspect and team worked hard to get all the repairs done in a single day. I would highly recommend Eric and his team if you're looking for a local flat roof expert.
