I had a great experience with Chicago Flat Roof Services. Anthony and Shawn responded very quickly, scheduled the work promptly, and completed the repair much faster than I expected. Communication was clear throughout the process, and he explained what needed to be done before starting the work. If you’re looking for a roofing contractor who is responsive and works efficiently, I would definitely recommend them.

Truly amazing experience working with Shawn and his team. We purchased a property in the Hyde Park area, and after speaking with several contractors, we learned that our flat roof hadn’t been serviced in 10–15 years (we had some leaks). Shawn and his team provided several repair options and thoroughly explained the benefits of each. We ultimately chose the roof restoration route. Shawn took the time to walk me through their process in detail, clearly outlined the scope of work, and delivered exactly what was promised. Before the project began, we even inspected the roof together, which gave me added confidence in their approach. They stand behind the quality of their work and offer coverage for the restoration, which provided additional peace of mind. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with the experience and would highly recommend Shawn and his team. One happy Chicagoan!
