the sales and installation crew were great to work with on our roofing project. they did a good job answering all our questions before, during, and after the new roof install. the team clearly takes pride in the roofing materials and workmanship, and it showed in every step of the job. our home has a dormer and several roof lines that create tricky saddles and valleys, so it was not a simple install, but grant and david put everything together the right way and made sure the flashing and details looked clean. the caramel-colored rustic style metal shingles look beautiful on our ranch home, and the finished roof really improved the whole appearance of the house. we also appreciated how organized the crew was, how well they communicated, and how carefully they handled the more complex parts of the roof.

I recently worked with David for a roof leak inspection after I noticed water coming through my ceiling. He was very professional, responsive, and easy to work with from start to finish. David went up into my attic, recorded a clear video of the issue, and explained everything in simple terms. He found that the moisture was actually coming from the air conditioning unit and not from the roofing system. He then texted me the video and even offered to speak directly with the HVAC repair technician if needed, which was very helpful. Even after finding that the main issue was not caused by the roof, David still completed a full roof inspection to make sure everything else was in good shape. During that inspection, he noticed a loose shingle caused by a wire and took care of that repair right away. I really appreciated his honesty, attention to detail, and willingness to help beyond the original service call. It is hard to find a roofing professional who is this thorough and dependable. I would highly recommend this roofing team to anyone in Ringoes who needs roof inspection, leak detection, or shingle repair.

I chose this roofing company for my roof replacement because they had strong shingle credentials, great references, fair pricing, and a solid 10-year labor warranty. Tanner was easy to work with, knew roofing well, and walked me through the full process in a clear, no-pressure way. The crew removed the old roof, replaced damaged plywood where needed, installed three new skylights, changed out the vents, and got the roof dried in and watertight the same day. They finished the shingle installation quickly and with real attention to detail. A supervisor stayed on site throughout the project, and the team kept my property neat and cleaned up at the end of each day. Everyone was hardworking, polite, and professional. I also appreciated that the management team stayed involved and made sure the work met expectations from start to finish. After the job was done, their quality control team came back out, reviewed everything, and handled the few follow-up items right away. In Ringoes, it is important to have a roof that can handle heavy rain, wind, changing seasons, and winter weather, and this company delivered exactly that. My new roof looks great, the skylights were installed properly, and the whole system feels solid and well built. I am very pleased with the results and would highly recommend this roofer.

After a heavy weekend rain, I woke up to water dripping into my bedroom from a roof leak. I was stressed and unsure what to do, but after a recommendation from a neighbor, I called and got a callback within just a few hours even though the roofing team was clearly busy handling storm-related leaks. David returned my call quickly and set up a visit with Brandon. Brandon arrived right on time, inspected the roof issue carefully, and found the source of the leak fast. Since the full roof repair could take some time because of shingle lead times, he put in a solid temporary fix right away by sealing the problem area and adding a drip pan in the attic as extra protection. What really stood out was how thorough and professional he was during the whole roofing inspection. He kept me updated step by step, showed me clear photos of the damaged area, and explained exactly what was happening with the leak. He never seemed rushed and took the time to check everything properly, including multiple trips into the attic, to make sure the issue was handled the right way. He also sat down with us and clearly went over our repair options, gave his honest recommendation, and explained how the roofing damage might connect with the insurance process, which saved me a lot of time and stress. I really appreciated how knowledgeable, patient, and helpful he was. After this experience, I felt very confident trusting them with our roof repair and any future roofing work.

The roofing work started out smoothly. Grant gave us a fast estimate for our 3,000 square foot home, and the price was fair compared with the other bids. The crew installed a GAF Timberline roof, replaced two skylights, and added an externally baffled roofing system. The roof itself has performed well, and we have been happy with the overall quality. There were a few small items after the install that needed attention, like a loose chandelier cap from the roof work and a gutter section that needed to be reattached. In the end, someone did come back to take care of the gutter, and the team also checked on a leak concern under the warranty to make sure the roof system was not the source. That follow-up gave us more confidence in the workmanship. The job site also had some leftover roofing debris and a few nails near the skylight work area, which required extra cleanup, but the main roofing installation was solid. Overall, the roof, skylights, and materials have held up well, and the company did make an effort to inspect concerns and stand behind the roof when asked.

Chavez Brothers Roof Repair replaced our full roof, and the whole job was top quality from start to finish. Brandon was quick to answer questions, came back more than once to go over roofing options, and explained the best plan in simple terms. At first I was not sure a full roof replacement was needed, but once the old shingles were removed, it was clear the roof deck plywood underneath had widespread rot and the new system was the right choice. The office team was helpful and easy to reach, and the roofing crew worked hard through long days to complete the tear-off and installation with care. Even though the project took longer than first expected because of the condition under the shingles, they stayed professional and did not add surprise charges. The workmanship, communication, cleanup, and attention to detail were excellent, and I highly recommend them for roof repair or replacement in Ringoes.
