Business is unprofessional. Upon arrival, the business is located in a poorly built home with a lot of trash and construction debris littering the property.

Outstanding Service! High winds had ripped off several shingles from my roof. Not knowing any roofing companies to use, I called Charlestown Roofs based on the great reviews that others had posted. I’m glad I did. They responded right away. Repaired my roof at a very fair price. Based on my experience, I highly recommend Charlestown Roofs.

I got my chimney repaired and covered, and they did a wonderful job at a great price. They were so good I had them replace my door, door frame, threshold, and a new storm door at a amazing price. Great people, and very friendly, I highly recommend them.

Charlestown Roofs replaced my siding in 2023 and did repairs to siding in 2025 due to hail damage. They did a good job and very courteous.

Fast affordable and reliable. I had 4 different people come and give me quotes for some repairs and the other 3 companies didn't even compare. I got more accurate service and better service at a much cheaper cost. Call these guys first.
