  We are sorry to hear about your experience and thank you for letting us know. We are within the pricing to charge for tarping which we did and there weren't any complaints in the system regarding pricing or anything you mentioned above. We have received no phones calls in the office about it. If you spoke to your representative then we will address that with them, otherwise we can't help if we don't have the information. I do not see any quotes in our system regarding a full roof so again will discuss with representative on that. Bob is not the owner of Chappelle Roofing so again not sure who you spoke with that stated that and nothing was relayed from you to our corporate office. Once again, we apologize for your experience that is not how we conduct business, but regarding pricing for the EMS service is withing reason.

  Roofing company sent out a rep for an estimate and he was extremely informative and professional, but it turns out he was completely wrong in his assessment and the company later told us he was wrong and very inexperienced. Wonder why they sent him to us in the first place with so little confidence.

  Update in response to company's comment: My wife made the appointment, so you won't find it under my name. It is sad you wouldn't follow up with us immediately after you came over, since you cracked a huge hole in our ceiling that we now have to pay to repair. If you're searching for reliable roof repair in Tampa, this isn't it. We enlisted this company to inspect a leak in our roof, and the experience left us frustrated and disappointed. During the roof inspection, the estimator stepped through our roof, cracked the ceiling, and worsened the original small leak into a large one. They emphasized that urgent repairs were needed—but then told us it would take three weeks before they could even begin. To verify their recommendation, we contacted four additional roofing companies in the area. Each one confirmed that the original repair proposal was inaccurate and overpriced. All four roofers identified the same issue and provided consistent, reasonable solutions—none of which matched the work this company recommended. It felt like a clear attempt to upsell unnecessary services. Now we are stuck finding someone to redo our drywall because they cracked our ceiling. We give this roofing company two stars only because they showed up and provided an estimate, the estimator was friendly. But based on our experience, we won’t be using them, and we urge homeowners looking for roof repairs to get multiple estimates and avoid inflated roofing costs and additionally costly damage being done to their home that they are left to foot the bill for.

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY ROOFING NEEDS!! They use oeftover materials to get the job started and never return.The office staff and salesmen are rude, dismissive, and full of excuses. Steer clear of this company at all costs.

  Highly recommend Chappelle Roofing. Gibson came to our place quickly and gave us an estimate that day. He was professional and kept us up to date on the schedule. The crew came the following week and replaced our lanai roof in one day. They did a great job. They were very neat and made sure all debri was picked up and removed.

  Chappelle roofing did a fabulous job on our roof. I was very concerned because I chose the Florida blend, which has four different colors, so I was concerned about how it would blend and look on the roof. We couldn’t be happier. Gibson was fabulous to work with on selecting the tiles, etc. but he also corresponded with me throughout the entire job with any questions or concerns I had. Jesse ran the job and also did a very good job answering my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend either one of them as well as Chappelle roofing.

  The time has come for a new roof and we had several quotes some of which were extremely expensive. A friend told us about Chappell Roofing which we got a quote and was great. Gibson came around and explained everything to us . The team came to start the roof. I must say they were excellent. They did the roof in one day. The clean up was great too! We would highly recommend them to anyone!

  Very Happy with my new roof. Looks great, did what they said. Timeliness was huge for me as wanted it done during dry season. Competitive pricing. Can't say enough, also cleaned up very well after.

  I needed a roof cap repair. Mike evaluated, matched roof cap tile, sent me an invoice by email, secure cc payment for half then, half on completion and Chris came out and did the repair. Proffessional, very fast process, quality work. Will use again when I need the roof replacement done in a few years.

  I love my metal roof. Carlos with Chappel Roofing helped me make my 1945 cottage a dream come true! Carlos answered all my questions in detail.   Gibson was a GOD SEND! He was patient with the situation I was going through with my insurance and very very helpful. I couldn't believe the crew got my roof done in 1 day, from 7am to 7pm! I am very pleased with the service I received, pelroduct, communication, and willingness to work with me! Thank you so much, I have referred my friends already to this company!

  Chappelle Roofing just replaced the roof we lost during Hurricane Milton. They were responsive when we reached out for a quote and the price was very reasonable. Carlos, the project manager, kept me informed throughout the process. The entire project was done a couple of weeks after the contract was signed. Great job all around.
