  My wife and I bought a home that clearly needed a full roof replacement, so we gathered several roofing estimates before making a decision. William took plenty of time to walk us through the roofing options, shingle choices, gutter system upgrades, and leaf guard benefits in a clear and simple way. The quote was very fair and competitive, and we are extremely glad we moved forward with the new roof and gutters. The finished work made a huge difference in the look of our home. The roof looks sharp, the gutters work great, and the leaf guards give us peace of mind knowing we will not have to deal with clogs, overflow, or frequent gutter cleaning. We also feel much more confident about protecting the house from leaks, wind, rain, and the seasonal weather that homeowners in Ohio deal with. The whole roofing crew was polite, skilled, and respectful of our property. The workmanship was high quality, the pricing was affordable, and the follow-up after the project was completed was excellent.   i called for an estimate on a roof leak repair, and grant came out to inspect the roofing system. he explained in simple terms that a critter screen over one vent had nails that rusted and started the leak. unlike other roof inspectors who mostly pushed full replacement work, he clearly showed the real issue and explained how to help prevent the same problem later. during the inspection, grant also noticed another roof vent that was just starting to leak, along with a few other trouble spots with the shingles and decking. we decided to replace 4 roof vents, swap out some damaged shingles, repair a small section of decking, and remove one powered vent that was not working right. the price was a great value, especially compared with another quote that only covered one vent repair. what stood out most was their honest approach. instead of trying to sell a full roof replacement, they focused on the repairs that were actually needed. william took time to answer every question, the crew scheduled the work quickly, and brandon even came back after a strong storm to check the repair quality before taking any payment. very professional, responsive, and sincere service. i know exactly who i will call the next time i need roofing work.

  During a spring storm in Lawrence Ave Cincinnati, a tree came down on our house and caused major roof damage. After getting several estimates, we chose Champion Roofing Services for the full roof replacement because their roofing plan, communication, and repair process gave us confidence. Because the roof had storm damage, sections were covered with tarps until the new shingles could be installed. There was a wait before the job started since their schedule was busy, but david stayed in contact with us the whole time and made sure we knew what to expect. When the tarps loosened during bad weather, he came back out more than once to secure the roof again at no extra charge, which really helped protect our home from further water issues. We also want to recognize brandon and Tanner. brandon and the crew carefully spread protective tarps around the house before tearing off the old roofing materials so our shrubs, flowers, and landscaping would not be damaged. He answered our questions in a clear and respectful way, and never acted like we were interrupting the work. tanner also helped finish the repairs and made sure everything was wrapped up properly. The new roof looks great, and the whole job felt organized from start to finish. They replaced the damaged shingles, handled the cleanup well, and left the property so neat that it was hard to tell such a big roofing project had just been completed. We were especially impressed by the attention to detail, the clean work area, and the care they showed for both the house and yard. Overall, we are very happy with the roof replacement and would gladly recommend them to anyone needing storm damage repairs, shingle replacement, or general roofing work.   I reached out to the office looking for a dependable roofing and exterior service company to clean the outside of our home and check a few roof-related areas. When I called, William in the office answered and explained that it would be best to have someone come out in person to inspect the work and give an accurate estimate. Later that same day, William followed up and let me know the crew was already near Lawrence Ave Cincinnati, and I was available at home. Brandon and one of the crew members walked around the property with me, looking over the siding, gutters, trim, and roofline. They pointed out the spots that needed attention, including some shaded roof sections with moss and buildup, and they were also honest about areas that still looked fine and did not need extra work. I appreciated that kind of straightforward approach. The estimate was fair and competitive compared with the other quotes I had received. While they were there, I also asked about cleaning a stone patio and firepit area farther back on the property. Brandon gave me a reasonable added price and said reaching that area would not be a problem. I then asked about refreshing some exterior trim, and once again the quote was fair and easy to work with. Even after I added more items to the job, the team stayed flexible and helpful. I also mentioned that I needed everything finished quickly before a family gathering the following weekend. They were able to return the very next day and take care of it all. In the end, the crew completed a full exterior house wash, cleaned problem areas on the roof, brightened up the patio and firepit area, refreshed the exterior trim, and made sure the gutters and roof edges looked much better too.
