Called and made appointment for to get an estimate on a roof repair or replacement. Sounded as if this company would be right to come out for estimate and quote. First and second appointment called day before to re-schedule should have saw the warning signs. On the last appointment called 25 minutes before scheduled time, couldn't make it. I said forget it. No worries. Guess if you aren't in a hurry and roof is fine this company is fine. Can only wonder if they had started job would they finish?? A company is only as good as its word. Beware

Had these folks put on a new shingle roof a year ago. We went with the heavy architectural shingles and have had no issues even with all the high winds that have happened this past year. These folks were prompt, very reasonably priced and did good work. One gentlemen came out to look at the house in the beginning, ran his drone over the roof, gave us options for different shingles, and sent us an estimate a couple of days later. He also showed up when the guys first started working and then showed up after they were finished, walked around the house with a magnet picking up any nails and debris not already cleaned up and then climbed onto the roof to inspect the work. He then flew the drone once again and took pics. The only small issues I had is there were a few nails left on the roof of the porch and a small shed next to the house that had fallen on them during demo, and a few nails I found in the yard where they parked the dumpster. Would highly recommend this company for their work, a little extra cleanup and they are for sure a 5 star company.

Chris, thank you so much for the detailed review and for trusting us with your roof! We're thrilled the architectural shingles have held up beautifully through all those high winds, and I really appreciate the feedback on cleanup—we'll make sure our crew does an even more thorough final sweep on future projects. We're grateful for your recommendation and hope you'll think of us again down the road!
