  They don't handle business at all, they put the roof on it took about 5 hours in my mind I knew it was too fast now I have leaks and they want come out , please shop around

  Highly recommend Certified Roofing Solutions Inc.! We had a roof leak, and they were able to come out and make the repair the same day. The technician was great, professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They did an excellent job, and we really appreciated the quick response and great service!

  Certified Roofing Solutions does WAY more than roof replacements. They replaced my roof, gutters, rebuilt my chimney, replaced rotten wood, installed new patio doors, and more. The crew working on my home were true professionals who care about their work and made sure upon departure each day that they clean up after themselves. I can’t begin to say what a positive experience it was working with this company. I highly recommend them!

  I can’t say enough good things about Eric and his crew. They replaced my roof after a big storm came through our area, and from start to finish, the whole experience was excellent. When I first called, the woman in the office was super friendly and really knew her stuff. She explained everything clearly and made the whole process easy to understand. Eric’s crew showed up on time, worked hard, and were very respectful of my property. They did a great job keeping things clean, I was honestly worried about nails or debris left behind because my neighbor had that issue with another company, but Eric’s team made sure my yard was spotless. Eric also went above and beyond dealing with our insurance company, which was a huge relief. He handled most of it for us, and it really took a lot of stress off our shoulders. Overall, I’d 100% recommend them to anyone needing a new roof. Great people, great work, and great communication all the way through.

  Eric and his crew replaced my ENORMOUS custom skylight. They did everything from removing the old glass, having new glass fabricated, rebuilding the frame, installing the new glass, shingles, etc. Eric kept me informed throughout the entire process, start to finish. They did a fantastic job and I will definitely be using them for my future roofing needs.

  Want to talk about customer service? Eric and the Certified team installed my roof in 2024. My wife and I were very pleased with our whole experience! Very prompt very professional value driven installation! Fast forward to last week. With the extreme heat in GA lately our house was retaining heat in the upstairs. I had my AC guy come out, thinking I had an air conditioner issue. Upon further inspection, he and I discovered that my roof was not vented properly. First photo! I sent that photo as well as some others to Eric and after more than a year of no contact Eric responded immediately and told me he would have the installer there asked me to help get some measurements which I was very happy to do. The last three photos were from yesterday of his guys taking care of the problem. As you can see clearly, my house is vented now. To top it off my wife and I are at the beach so when we get home, we'll have a nice cool house waiting on us! That's customer service!
