  We had a NEW roof installed from Century Roofing and have been suffering with constant leaks that are becoming increasingly worse over since 2018 when it was first installed. Sergio the owner has continued to patch up the roof claiming to fix the leak but the problem continues to be an issue. We finally brought in a new roofing company who were kind enough to inform us that the leak is due to poor workmanship and how the roof was applied. We are greatly disappointed in the quality of this work and the way our issue has been handled.

  Century Roofing Specialists did roofing installation 11/12/2018. This job was never fully paid by customer. Customer voluntarily accepts that work has been compromised by her choice of requesting other vendors in roof. When other vendors become involved, and she states that various, plural roofing companies have been at site the warranty is VOIDED. Which it anyway was due to nonpayment. Century Roofing Specialists has not refused services. Warranty Service as customer continues to demand is VOIDED , NOT ACTIVE, INVALID, due to customer not following proper procedure including and not limited to: Job final payment, Allowing inspection by Century Roofing Specialists at site before involving other parties, and acts of god as since 2018 we had a very active storm seasons in Central Florida. Century is not responsible and has provided the manufacturer warranty information.

  The church building had a lot of damages to the roof. When we contacted Century Roofing, I was amazed at how quickly they responded and ready to get to work. When the contract was signed I didn't have a printer/copier at that time and I was told "not to worry my friend" by as he will provide me a copy of the signed contract. I still do NOT have a copy of the contract. He told me the "crew" will be there in a couple of days, that day was Sunday when a one person showed up to work on the roof. This is not a residential building but a big commercial building that had huge leaks which created moles in the Sunday School classrooms that will impact the safety of the kids. After the first visit, we'd only see the one man "crew" sometimes two people an older gentleman and a younger one "working." A few months pass and the rain season came and the roof started leaking again, which left the church board baffled since this was just done! When we contact Century Roofing, the first time our church priest was cursed at for "rushing" the project. The second time our board member was cursed at for "not understanding" till lastly we were able to speak to the person was going to provide us a copy of the signed contract he decided to come to church and finally see what was going on with the roof... 3 months later... When he got to the roof with our General Contractor and I quote him for this because I was so baffled by the statement: "We didn't know that when they done the roof they used this product, so our product would not work because it will not seal the roof correctly" If I am brining a professional to work on my roof he should examine what to use, I am not he professional. He then continued to say he can fix it and will cost another payment ... This person did not do his job of actually reviewing what to use for the roof to make sure this doesn't happen.   I decided to hire Century Roofing to replaced 6 old plastic bubble sky lights on my primary residence. I decided to go with Century Roofing as the representative that came out to our house, (Robert) was very prompt, responsive and offered us what I believed to be the best over all value in their quote. After I gave Robert the authorization to proceed the communication and responsiveness declined some but not terribly. I was instructed after some time that a small crew would come out to the house to do the work and that the work would be completed within a single day. When the crew finally did come out, it was a one man crew and that one man crew ended up taking two days to complete the job. And as you can see from the pics he did quite a job in destroying the sheet rock inside the home when removing the old skylights. Not only did he do a bunch of damage to the sheet rock, it was a complete disaster in the house with the amount of debris and dust. I notified him of what was going on inside as did my wife who happened to come home from lunch only to see the mess and was quite concerned as she and my 6 year old have terrible allergies not to mention asthma. The worker said he would take care of the mess. Much to my further disappointment, he did not and I was left to clean up the mess myself. That evening I called my sales rep Robert and notified him what was going on and my concerns. He did not respond to me but the worker told me the next morning when he arrived that Robert had called him and told him about my call. He was more careful the next day, with both the destruction of the interior sheet rock and the amount of debris inside. However, I was still left to clean up after him when he left. In addition to the disappointment I mention above I was even more disappointed in the work that was done from the exterior by the shingles that were used to replace the ones he tore up while replacing the skylights.   chance is the man!! Great at communicating on what you need it came by to check out my issues and fix it the next day. He does really good quality work on roofing and gutters as well. I have no issues now I highly advise chat in this company if you need God's work or new roofing really fast and the qualities is great.

  I had some issues with the goosenecks and pipe jacks on my roof, and Century Roofing Specialist took care of it quickly and professionally. Floyd and his team were responsive, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. The repairs were done efficiently, and the quality of work was solid. I appreciate their honesty and attention to detail—definitely recommend them for any roof repairs.

  Roof was done in timely and neat manner..everything was done professionally and any and all concerns of mine were answered and taken care of directly.. Chance was great to work with as I felt like we were treated as "family," and not just another customer.. He was readily available for contact whenever I had questions. The rest of the roofing crew did a great job.. As the roof I was replacing, was done, UNPROFESSIONALLY, POORLY, very shoddy,, poor quality, old shingles, and could NEVER CONTACT or see anybody on-site to inspect the SHAMEFUL WORK that was done, etc and only lasted like 6 YEARS, by 3M CONSTRUCTION CO. (WHOM I DON'T EVER RECOMMEND), my new roof REPLACEMENT by Chance and his company left me with a feeling of security for my house before this 2025 Hurricane season...hope it makes it through 😀
