  Mr. Johnson has clearly forgotten that small claims cases are public record. I encourage anyone that reads this completely false review to go to hover.hillsclerk.com. Once there you'll select civil small claims option, for the case number enter 011253. The case will pop up & you will clearly see the status as open. These completely false reviews he's leaving in attempt to damage our business have been submitted as evidence against him & his negligence. For reference the full case number is 26-CC-011253. You'll enter those last six numbers for the search criteria. I’ve followed Googles appeal recommendations to a tee for removal of this defamatory review. In the appeal I provided the extensive follow ups we’ve made & continue to make with Mr. Johnson in attempt to move his job forward. Completely negating his claims of us going radio silent. These conversations were screen shot directly from our CRM with date & time stamps as Google requests for appellate process. The truth of the matter is Mr. Johnson came to us after his claim had been dismissed under deductible amount & closed. We were successful in getting his carrier to conduct another inspection because of the evidence of damages we provided to them. Ultimately we were able to get him approved for almost 30K because of the evidence that was provided discounting their initial decision. At which time Mr. Johnson attempted to ghost us & run with the payment. If it wasn’t for the assigned adjuster informing us the payment had been released he may have been successful in doing so. Interesting enough Dustin has edited his original review removing the comment he made claiming we stole 21K from him, after I let him know that we’ll be filing a defamation suit against him. This review is completely falsified! I've provided Mr. Johnson instructions in order to move forward with his roof replacement, & he refuses to comply.   I’d hire absolutely any other roofing company in the area besides this one. Completely useless and rude.

  Jon Urena contacted us for our services as he was already signed with a Public Adjuster & was unsatisfied with their services. Mr. Urena did everything short of beg me to take on his job as he has an infant daughter & his interior walls were consumed with mold growth after being hit with over 4ft of storm surge. I explained to Mr. Urena that all work would be completed per current industry standard pricing through our mutual estimating software with his insurance carrier . Mr. Urena breached our contract agreement by refusing to provide his adjusters contact information so we could coordinate on the projected work scope. He also received an up front payment from his insurance company to start repairs so his claim of paying out of pocket is completely false. I wish Google would allow me to post photos of our completed work & correspondence with Mr. Urena as he thanked me over & over again for giving his project the extra attention & finishing in a timely manner. At the end of the day this review was posted with the sole intention to damage our business in retaliation to the final price of his project. This review must be removed immediately as you can tell from all the other satisfied customer reviews we go above & beyond for our customers & always will. We will be taking legal action against the Urena’s for attempting to damage our reputation with their falsehoods & lies. I have detailed documentation & photos from day one of the contract being signed in our CRM. This is a person living outside of their financial means who felt burned that they weren’t able to pocket the amount of insurance proceeds they thought they were going to.

  James was rude and disrespectful to my family. Typically the insurance will send the check directly to the contactor. The insurance company in this case sent it to the homeowner. He harassed them for immediate full payment assuming they were trying to pocket it. Meanwhile the contract says verbatim, "Balance to be paid in cash or other approved method of payment upon substantial completion. 50% Deposit required unless otherwise specified." Maybe he's not aware of that line in his contract? Or he forgot since insurance companies were paying him in full upfront? Nothing excuses the rude, entitled, unprofessional, and disrespectful behavior. Read the other complaints on BBB.

  This customer is refusing to turn payment for their settled insurance claim so we can go forward with repairs. We have very specific language in our contact stating that any payments released in reference to their claim will be turned over to us once received. There is absolutely nothing in our contract language stating 50%. All this has been gone through multiple different times with this customer to no avail. They are clearly making every attempt possible to make off with 32K insurance payment. Our lawyer is issuing our final demand letter tomorrow. Castlebrook has made every attempt to collect our payment from this customer & complete repairs deemed necessary by their insurance carrier but customer refuses to pay

  I had been looking for someone to fix my roof for a while and I luckly was able to find this company and meet James. He was very friendly, professional, and negotiated a great deal to get my roof fixed. I am very grateful for James and his team for fixing my roof and offering a warranty to make sure it lasts through all seasons. I would recommend to anyone looking for anything with roofs.

  We had a great experience with Castlebrook Restoration. All the roof work was completed within a few days, with a thorough cleanup afterwards and nothing damaged in the process. The color choices were amazing as well and the result turned out amazing. Thank you!

  I called James Wiles from Castlebrook Restoration & Roofing to take a look at my roof after hurricane Milton hit our area and I had a lot of shingles missing from my roof. He came to my house and he checked the roof, explained in detail the damage he found including a leak in my garage that I hadn't noticed until he pointed it out to me. I needed my roof replaced. Again he explained in detail what would take place, and what I needed to do. I was very impressed with his professionalism, and manner. Ashley from his office was very helpful with relaying information to me and assisting with the paperwork. I think the company did a great job on my roof, and in a timely manner. Roof looks good and they did a great job of cleaning up after they finished. I am very thankful I found this company and appreciate the work they did.
