  Spoke with owner afternoon of Fri 6/26 who scheduled estimate appt for the following Mon 6/29 @ 3pm. As several others have noted, no one showed up. I called around 3:30 to see if we needed to change time/date but there was no answer, no call back. In short, company appears to have zero courtesy and no respect for others' time. Would not recommend & would not waste your time.

  I requested an estimate for gutter repair/replacement on their website on 3/18. I received two email confirmations of my appointment but no one showed up. I replied to the confirmation email inquiring about when they would be out. I was told they didn't have my address and tried to call me. I did have a missed call from an unknown number but no voicemail or text. Brandon told me he could come out the following day, 3/24. I asked about what time but didn't receive a response. He did show up at the same time as my original appointment. He gave me a verbal quote and said he'd work on a final quote that night. On 3/26, I sent a follow-up email asking about the quote and still haven't heard anything today, 04/01. I went with another company. It's sad because they had many good reviews.

  Kept is waiting all day on two separate occasions and never showed. Made promises to show up at a specific time and never did and didn’t notify us either!

  Had some water leaking from the ceiling during a heavy storm, they were here and patched it up within the day. Came back the next week to finalize the job and stayed true to the price they had quoted me verbally. Overall happy with the work they did for me

  They did a new roof on our house and garage. Great to work with - prompt and professional, and all the nails and debris were cleaned up! Very happy with their work!

  I was very happy with the job they did for me. They came out promptly and provided a quote. The roof replacement was completed when promised and looks great. They did a good job with cleanup and didn’t leave a bunch of nails in my yard which I really appreciated. Very polite and easy to work with.

  I just needed a few spots fixed for my Siding. They were quick to come out and see what was needed and worked hard to find the pieces to fix the broken parts. Thank you Casey and Sons, will be using them when I'm ready to fully replace the Siding.

  Thanks to Brandon and crew for prompt and professional replacement of a deteriorating boot on a roof vent pipe. I know it was a small job, which some don't want to bother with. But Casey and Sons Roofing took it on like a full roofing job.

  We had issues with some ridge vents that needed replacing. Casey and Son’s were prompt, professional, and efficient in doing a quality job at a reasonable price. Would definitely use their services again.

  Casey and Sons Roofing is a great company run by great people. I would highly recommend. Their roofing expertise is 2nd to none. The founders have been serving central Illinois roofs for decades. Very competitively priced quality work. You won’t regret using them. I guarantee it.
