  Cash and company showed up right on time as promised and did a thorough inspection and let me know immediately what their inspection revealed. When I need a roof they will be my first choice. A pleasure to work with.

  As a local real estate agent, I hear home inspectors say, “This roof is in bad shape” more often than you might think. Sometimes they’re right—if a roof needs to be replaced, it needs to be replaced. But that’s why I really value having a roofing professional I can trust. Charles Lane with Case Roofing has earned that trust. Charles is professional, responsive, and understands the urgency that can come with roofing issues during a real estate transaction. What impresses me most, though, is his honesty. I’ve had Charles inspect a roof expecting that I might need to recommend a replacement, only to have him tell me, “The roof is in good shape—you don’t need to replace it.” That kind of honesty is incredibly valuable. He isn’t looking for a reason to sell someone a new roof; he’s looking at the roof, assessing its actual condition, and giving an honest professional opinion. Charles and the Case Roofing team also take pride in their work, including keeping the job site clean and well maintained. As a Realtor, my reputation depends on the professionals I recommend. I’m confident recommending Charles Lane and Case Roofing because they bring professionalism, urgency when it matters, quality workmanship, and most importantly, integrity to the job.

  We had a great experience with Case Roofing and especially appreciated working with Charles Lane. We were referred to Case Roofing by our Realtor, Regan Sample and couldn’t have been happier with the recommendation. From start to finish, Charles and the team were prompt, professional, and communicative. Kept us informed throughout the process, showed up when they said they would, and the quality of the roofing work was excellent. They also did a fantastic job with clean-up, leaving the property looking great when the work was completed. It’s such a relief to hire a company that takes pride in its work and follows through on what it promises. Charles was responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with, and the entire experience was handled with professionalism. We would definitely recommend Case Roofing and Charles Lane to anyone looking for quality roofing work and excellent customer service.

  We worked with project manager, Charles, and he was awesome to work with and I would highly recommend for any of your roofing needs! We noticed a leak from our ceiling in our master bath after the recent heavy rain on a Saturday. We contacted our realtor for their roofer recommendations on Sunday. Later that same day, Charles reached out to us to schedule a time to come out, which happened to be the next day! He came out as scheduled and fortunately, it was an easier issue than we thought and could be fixed that same day. We were so impressed with how responsive he was! Great customer service and help… we’ll definitely be using him again if we have any roofing needs in the future!

  From the day I was introduced to Charles Lane, project manager at Case Roofing Co., I received nothing but professional and attentive care throughout the replacement of my hail damaged roof. Charles thoroughly explained the process and took the time to answer every question I had, both about the new roof itself and about navigating the insurance claim. Every appointment was punctual, and the crew worked like a well-oiled machine, completing the entire roof in a single day. Even the shingle delivery was impressive. They used a hydraulic conveyor to lift the material right up onto the roof. The gutter crew was equally outstanding, and the attention to detail during cleanup was exceptional. They left the property spotless, right down to magnet sweeping the driveway and lawn for nails. You would never have known a full roof replacement had just taken place. All in all, I'd give more than 5 stars if I could. Charles and Case Roofing Co. earned it.

  I worked Directly Cash and Charles. The quote came in quickly and they did not pressure me at all. They gave me all the info I needed for my project and were patient with my decision making process. Once I pulled the trigger work was completed quickly and my roof looks STUNNING!!!   Charles helped me so much from estimate through completion, coordinating inspection and claim/settlement with the insurance company and the city inspection. He and his crew even left the area cleaner than when they got here. I would highly recommend them.
