  I used Gold’s for a very large standing seam metal roof. The roof and install were good. However, they installed plastic snow guards to prevent snow slides which started coming off after the very first winter. They replaced the first few “under warranty” but we lost 90% over the next two years which they would not replace under warranty. Ultimately, the gave me a new quote for a better product that would cost $30,000 more!! If you have a problem with there product later, my experience says they will not stand behind their work. I have another commercial project coming up and I definitely will not give them my business again.

  Hello David, Our specific signed contract verbiage states "Due to the adhesive installation and Gold Roofing, Inc's installation of said application being untried a waive of liability for failure of said product is understood by signing below." We were transparent with our concerns of the temperature and adhesion process and you elected to proceed. We pride ourselves in being open and honest with our customers and feel we did just that on your project as well.

  We had a poor experience with them. In our opinion they did not do an adequate survey of our roof for damage after a small windstorm. They also demanded same day payment, and did not bill like most companies do. After they replaced a few shingles, they and ones they missed repairing, began to come up within a week. They denied that they were shingles that they had replaced, but our before and after pictures said otherwise. They glued some of them down, but wanted more money for any additional repairs and or replacements. We were very displeased.

It is our policy to have a contract with all of our clients that clearly states what repairs are needed and payment is discussed before any work is completed. However, we do not require payment upfront on our projects (as your unedited post stated) unless it is a custom material.   Hired to install metal roof because they claim expertise and nothing could be further from the truth. DO not hire for metal work.....unless you want exposed fasteners, major defects and attitude.

  Fast, friendly responses to our email inquiry about replacement. Accurate and timely quote with options via email. Easy approval through Docusign. Roofing crew was professional, courtesy and efficient. Did a great job on the removal of old roof, replacement of new roof with additional vents & flashing, and with the post-work clean up. Extremely satisfied with the completed work, the administrative oversight & presence on site, the collaboration among team members, and the follow-up services to insure a job well-done. We highly recommend Gold Roofing and have already passed along their name & our positive feedback to neighbors & friends who have asked us about our new roof. We truly appreciated the service & experience that Gold Roofing provided to us.

  Gold Roofing is the BEST! Mark and Tanner have been so amazing. Two roof replacements due to hail went so well. More recently Tanner did an inspection for a leak and found faulty duct work. Once the HVAC repair was done he installed a new vent at no charge. We would never call anyone else.

  Mark with Gold roofing was absolutely amazing. I can't say enough about his excellent customer service/care. He helped me through my horrible experience with my insurance after a hail storm. Being a retired/ single woman, he looked after my well-being like a family member. The crew was also simply amazing. Excellent work. Timely, polite, and FAST AND SUPER CLEAN.   Mark and the Gold Roofing crew have installed five roofs for me. One for my residence and the other four for my rentals.   Gold Roofing installed an Owens Corning shingle on our new construction roof...did a great job, cleaned up the jobsite nicely which we really appreciated. price was very reasonable and better than I could find anywhere else in Noco.

  Top Notch Crew! It was truly a seamless process from beginning to end, and we couldn’t be happier with the quality products and care we received. Tatum and McCall helped get the estimate arranged and they were also in communication via email and phone anytime we had a question. Then Mark came out the next day to inspect the roof on both home and shed. He was able to give us different estimates as he worked within our budget. He spent countless hours educating us about various materials, the process of installing a new roof from start to finish, and what exactly to expect. Mark was in constant contact with us throughout the entire process, and was on site as well. He is truly a leader in the industry, and all work was completed as promised! Jason went above and beyond to schedule the shingle drop off, the roof install, the inspection and follow up. He was very professional, knowledgeable and he made sure we were taken care of. Jesus and his crew spent the day re-roofing. Jesus took extra care making sure not to damage our newly paved driveway, and he and his crew were Extremely respectful and helpful! They covered our flowerbeds, driveways, and the perimeter so nothing would get damaged. Kane came out upon completion and did another very thorough magnet sweep of the property. He made sure no nails were left behind, and he took extra time in the dog run. Kane educated me further about what to inspect with the final inspection. I highly recommend Gold Roofing to take care of all of your roofing needs!

  They came twice to my house to inspect my roof and even did a water test. It was a gutter issue. There was no charge. They were very kind. I will definitely be using them when I need a roof!!!
