The entire experience was very professional. David was able to get the roof covered through our insurnace, which other roofing companies failed to do. Job was essentially completed in one day.

Hi Jack, thank you for the feedback. As we discussed, this was 100% on me the owner for not sending the same guys back that removed it. I am more than happy to send over a crew to re-do anything that is unsatisfactory 100% at our cost until you are completely satisfied. Please reach out to us and we will schedule the work.

I was referred to Colorado Family Roofing from a friend to get my 3rd estimate for a new roof (non-insurance claim) to replace the Woof roof I installed in 1985. I was told to connect with Nick Wallis. Nick was very prompt, responsive and very professional, as was everyone at CFR thru the whole process including Richard, the Project Manager. After agreeing to the quote, Nick met us on site with actual roofing samples, not just a brochure to help us visualize how this different shingle colors and new gutters would look. We chose the 50-year Class 4 Owens-Corning Flex Shingle system. The installation crew did a wonderful job. This roof was 42 squares,10 men removed the old roof materials and installed the new roof materials in 1 day with very qualified craftsmen. When I inspected the installation the next day, in the day light, the installation was highly professional and very well done and the cleanup was spot clean, you could tell that the roof was removed...I have been a Mechanical contractor for over 40 years, utilizing roofing companies to assist with our projects and Colorado Family Roofing I would put CFR at the top of the list, very trustworthy company to do business with, I give them a A+.

Craig, Conan, and the rest of the team were fantastic to work with! The team did an excellent job in a timely fashion. They also provided photos of all the work that was done. Working with Erin on the billing side was easy and painless. I would highly recommend My Family Roofer to friends, family, and neighbors.

“What makes your company stand out from other roofers?” “Tell me about a serious mistake you made and how you fixed it.” “Why do you recommend this particular roofing system and shingle brand, and how does it compare with the brands quoted by other contractors?” These are the types of questions My Family Roofer founder and owner Brian Barnes loves to answer – openly and thoroughly. In hiring a contractor, I find the most important things are integrity, a commitment to the customer's needs and satisfaction, and proven professional workmanship. You will find that in My Family Roofer. I first became aware of MFR (formerly Colorado Family Roofing) by watching Brian’s videos on Facebook – short informational pieces intended to help you learn about roofing products and tips on evaluating a contractor’s bid. Their focus was on educating viewers as much as selling them on his services. Knowing our 25-year-old roof had some wear and tear, I asked My Family Roofer and two other companies to inspect it and propose a solution. Brian was the most responsive, providing complete information with data to back up his recommendations (the shingle we chose was the one that held up the best when his company tested them all using a home-built potato cannon; yes, these guys did their own testing by shooting potatoes at high speed at shingles and evaluating the results). MFR’s approach was always centered on ensuring the absolute best outcome for the customer, emphasizing our protections, not their company’s. For roughly the same total price as quoted by the other companies, we got not only a new roof, but new upgraded solar-powered ventilation and all new gutters (not included by the competitors). Further, we felt confident the MFR proposal was backed by the strongest commitment to our satisfaction and protection. We asked MFR’s help in dealing with our insurance company, and when the process got extended and required two additional inspections, Brian came out each time to be on site to
