  This was the worst experiences I have had as a home owner. I should have known better when they let my dogs out the first visit, then called me 4 times in 3 days to schedule the install, which was already scheduled but I went with them anyway. The workers also let my dogs out and didn't bother to say anything until a random police officer stopped and asked who animals they were. Craig and Val are terrible! They called me 10x and left 2 messages for secondary payment before the inspection was even complete! Then when the insurance took their sweet time Craig took it upon himself to harass the adjuster as well. He somehow thought he knew when the check had been deposited and refused to give me the new paperwork for the 5K EXTRA he charged for the roof. He gave my PERSONAL phone number to one of his suppliers to have THEM call me! In the few days I have had the 2nd payment I have received 10+ phone calls, 3 voicemails and an e-mail calling me a liar all while I was on vacation and didn't have the ability or desire to get them a payment. I know that roofers are usually a seedy bunch but these people take the cake.   These guys are so awful. The biggest bunch of mouth breathers I've ever dealt with. So unprofessional. Late. Foul language. Slow work. So awful. Makes me wish I would've tried to roof it myself.... and I have no idea how to roof. Anything, ANYTHING, would be better. Whoever left these good reviews are no doubt employees or family members because no one would give these clowns more than 1 star. You wouldn't have any record of me. You did this job for my sister.

  Craig and his entire team was amazing from start to finish. Our roof looks so good, they finished right on schedule, they worked directly with the insurance when needed and they cleaned up the area perfectly. I couldn’t be more satisfied!!!

  If you're looking for a reliable roofer who delivers excellent workmanship, outstanding customer service, and a fantastic price, I highly recommend them! Craig and Ray are personalbe and trustworthy. The crew did high-quality work, showed up on time, and completed the job exactly as promised. They were professional, respectful, and paid attention to every detail. Craig took the time to explain each step of the insurance process, answered all of my questions, and made the entire experience much less stressful. He even made a few suggestions if we wanted to change to a better insurance policy. They went above and beyond and our roof looks amazing. We couldn’t be more pleased with Schultz Roofing!

  I feel very fortunate to have found this company! We called Craig at Schultz Roofing after a devastating hail storm. Craig immedietely impressed me with his professional demeanor and no-nonsense, straight-forward discussion of how he could help and what I could expect. He met our insurance adjuster during the assesment of our property and has continued to guide the recovery process and work directly with our insurance company on all aspects of our claim. While the adjuster was fair, there were still items that needed additional compensation and Craig at Schultz Roofing worked directly with our insurance company and we received the additional reimbursement that we needed. The Schultz Roofing work crew are incredible. They were on time, everytime, and worked extremely hard while always friendly and courteous. The crew did an amazing job on the roof and completed a thorough clean-up of the yard once the job was complete. We now have a beautiful upgraded roof that will last for years. This is the team that you need! The Schultz Roofing company and team members are the rock stars of the roofing world!

Full Tear-Off Reveals What a Roof Replacement Really Needs A roof in Loveland had taken enough hits from hail and wind over the years that patch repairs weren't going to hold much longer, so the decision was made to strip it down to the decking rather than layer new shingles over old damage. Tearing off down to bare wood shows things a surface inspection can't catch, soft spots in the decking, nail pops that worked loose over seasons of freeze and thaw, and flashing that had already started separating around the roof's peak. None of that gets fixed by installing new shingles over a compromised base. A full roof replacement gives us the chance to address those issues before anything new goes down, replacing damaged decking boards and resetting flashing so the new roofing system actually performs the way it's supposed to. Working a steep pitch like this means the crew stays tied off the whole time, which slows the tear-off pace a little but keeps everyone safe on a roof with this much exposure. Colorado's weather doesn't leave much room for shortcuts on a job like this, since the same hail and heavy snow that damaged the original roof will test the new one just as hard.
