Nearly 6 months to resolve damage and commitments. “Over-communication” is pure marketing. Our roof was installed in early June. What followed was nearly six months of delays, missed commitments, and escalation just to get damaged and unfinished work corrected. Pride Roofing aggressively markets “over-communication” as its "secret sauce". Those promotional videos are made by Billy, the General Manager, who was also my main point of contact. In reality, Billy was the source of most communication delays, with responses often taking days or weeks. Billy explicitly committed during the estimate and again on install day to properly repair pre-existing siding damage from a leaking gutter. That repair was not completed for months. Two fascia boards were also damaged during roof removal/installation and left unresolved. Additionally, screen repairs were subpar and had to be redone a second time. Resolution took nearly a month, again largely due to communication delays. Pride’s own foreman took 336 photos documenting the job, yet none showed the two damaged fascia boards that later required full replacement. This was very concerning and raised serious questions about why damage caused during installation was never documented. Ownership had no explanation for why those areas were never documented. In August, after notifying them multiple times that a negative review was quickly being earned, the owner called to assure me all issues would be fixed to my satisfaction and at no cost. That call did not improve communication or reduce delays. After multiple repeated follow-ups well into mid-November, I demanded Pride Roofing’s Certificate of Insurance. Colorado law requires roofing companies to provide a COI at contract signing. I never received it; instead, after the second demand, and after obtaining outside estimates, ownership agreed to repair the damage. Once ownership became directly involved again in late November, repairs were completed within two days and done we

Terrible, Terrible service. Only use this company of you want to manage your own project. We have had three project managers that could not manage their way out of a wet paper bag. We started with Liam he sold us on using PRIDE. He got fired or left. Then we had Taylor, his roofing crew left a huge mess and worked until after 9 pm at night, well after dark. Then we got Billy. Billy can't return a phone call, text, or send an email. He can't stay up to date on any of the stages of our project. We have had to schedule/ manage several steps of our project because Billy has no clue whats going on. And don't be surprised if Billy calls you 'Bro'.... really? I have talked to the front office about the issues. Nothing has improved. Keep in mind this is a roof replacement, gutters and down spouts, whole house paint, and garage door replacement.

Communication was great until we paid $9000 for a down payment and then got ghosted for a month. I called twice (AFTER that month went by) about scheduling the roof replacement and was told I would get a call back on the status of supplies and contractors. No call back. Even if the supply chain is slow, it would be nice to get a phone call giving me an update. I'll change my rating when I get a response from the company and their customer service improves.

I was so disappointed with the service at this company. They will tell you what ever it takes to get the job. They are persuasive and reassuring! It took them 5 months to start the job, which we understood waiting on insurance. Then during the work they took 3 to 4 week breaks in between taking our solor panels off, roof, and exterior paint. we were left making double payments on electricity and solar panel. It didn't matter to them. They had the job. They were completely unorganized and constantly try to point blame. I recommend you go with another company, they are not worth the hassle. Still dealing with them and it was almot a year ago.

I really wanted to give a positive review. If I needed another roof done I would not use Pride. My project began last May and still isn't complete. We decided to use Pride because of their support of our military and first responders and …

Denise, First off we would like to thank you for choosing Pride for your project on your house, we rarely get reviews less than 5 stars so we would like to address this and hopefully bring some clarity and potentially mutual resolution to the problems that have arisen. Id like to touch on some points individually as you brought them up in your review. We totally understand that delays in the job can become a bit of a headache, but there are unforeseen delays that we have little control over in regard to acquiring certain items on short notice, sometimes those items aren’t in stock for a certain amount of time and when they are in stock we usually do our best to get those to the job site as quickly as we can. In regard to the communication and problems we reached out to you within 15 minutes after you posted your review. Also if our memory and records serve us correctly we promptly (within same day) sent out our Production Manager, Tanner to make any repairs and promptly get everything repaired in short time. There was a water diversion issue and we solved that problem in less than a day. We also left you some extra material to help with any touch ups that may need to be done in anytime in the future. We would have been able to handle these things in even quicker order if we would have gotten ANY communication to our office. We spoke on the phone about your attempts to reach out to Christian our other owner heading up your account, we have screenshots of him texting you stating he was out of the office with COVID and never getting a reply from you, though the text message shows as delivered. Christian, being one of our owners takes great Pride (pun intended) in the level of communication and effort he puts forth in his jobs, making sure every job isn’t just another number but a long standing good relationship with every home owner. We stand by Christian and his iPhone showing the attempts in communication with you, but that being said, if the issue were this grand

We had a very good experience with Pride, Ernesto was awesome and went through every step with us before hand. When the crew showed up they were very protective of our property and their clean up was very meticulous. I was very surprised that Ernesto didn't have a company truck to represent Pride Roofing though. Will was friendly and was always helping out his crew with their needs. I highly recommend them to all. Thank you for everything.

Steele was very professional, courteous and honest in his inspection. He took a look at our roof and siding and informed us everything looked good: only a few dings, but nothing serious enough to put in a claim.

Ernesto came out to do the inspection and was so friendly and explained everything to me. Then, he and Billy followed up to answer any questions I had and made sure to be there for any and all questions. It was wonderful! I highly recommend them

Steele came by, did a great inspection and estimate for me. However, he was one of many and I ended up going with another company. He was very personable and not at all pushy.

Our roof was done by Pride Roofing earlier this year. The whole process was made seamless by the manager we worked with, Tod Bergler. He walked us through all the options for colors and gutters, and came in person several times to go over details. When the crew arrived, he was there as well, making sure it was all set up as planned. He also stayed much of the time while the job was being done. We now have a brand-new, high-quality roof and gutters!
